Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and loved everything about this place! The place has been recently remodeled and it looks festive and colorful with paper picado on the ceiling. The service was great and our waitress was super kind and provided helpful suggestions. Lastly, the food is fresh, authentic and delicious! We ordered the chilaquiles with mole and tlayuda with 3 carnes and a side of chapulines (crickets). I am definitely coming back to try other authentic dishes.

The tlayuda was delicious, the chocolate with the bread was amazing.

My family is from Oaxaca and the food here it tastes like Oaxaca. It’s just that they are really overpriced. I got mole de pollo and the price was $18+tax. I asked if it came with rice and beans? And they said no. I asked extra because I always eat my mole like that at other places, when I went to pick up they charged me about $26.
