One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Fresh seafood and authentic encebollado. It was so delicious and I keep thinking about the meals I’ve had there. They have perfected the fried fish.

I’m just so excited to have found a place that has a taste of home. Real Ecuadorian food has a very specific menu and flavor. And I found it here. I got: humitas, bolon de queso, chicharrón, encebollado de atún, arroz con menestra y carne, pollo empanizado, and morocho. And all 10/10, will be ordering again. I’m also glad that they deliver to my town, which is a little far. The only thing missing for me was a side of rice with my encebollado, which was the very reason I ordered from here bc I had a wicked craving. It totally was 10/10 but I thought it might come with rice which to me is typical, but I grabbed some from my other dishes. If you’re Ecuadorian, I have been wanting to try Ecuadorian food, this is the place for you.

FAST review. Food, Ambience, Service, Time.

Food was okay. The Caldo de Bola was good, Shrimp rice too. The rest of the stuff was average. Nothing that makes you go “that was great!”.
Ambience is poor. It looks, feels and acts like a fast food place than a restaurant.
Service was good. The server was courteous, got our orders straight, allowed time for us to settle down and have us space while we ate. The cutlery was plastic, probably as a safety measure during pandemic but that also shows that they want the easy way out. It gives you the feeling that is the approach to other things as well.
Time taken to attend to us was average as we have seen.

Overall, it fell short of what we expected. Is not a place we would go again.

I love going to the seafood market portion of this restaurant. The man in their is so pleasant. As far as the restaurant itself I can’t eat there because no one in that part speaks English and that’s why I had to drop one star. That made me feel unwelcomed. I even tried to use a translator and they still didn’t understand or didn’t want to understand.

I was staying in Hollywood, Florida and craving some Ecuadorian food. I was really excited to try this spot and looked forward to indulging in my favorite dishes, but I was very disappointed. I ordered the bandeja with guatita, and it did not meet my expectations. I also ordered caldo de bolas which was equally unsatisfying it was peanut butter overload.

On top of that, I have to address the condition of the restaurant itself. The place was not tidy, the bathroom was a huge mess, and the faucets were completely rusted. The entire space, including the menu, really needs to be redone.
Good luck.

I was in the area and decided to check this spot out. Now, it’s our family’s go-to whenever we’re nearby. The waitresses are really friendly, and make atmosphere feels like home whenever we go. Everything is so fresh! I always get the carne asada or guatita, and my family loves trying different seafood dishes. It’s all so good, especially knowing they get everything from their fish market.

Mi lindo Ecuador is absolutely amazing for catering services. My family and I hosted a get together and placed an order for hornado, sudado de mariscos and Encebollado de pescado. Let me tell you the food doesn’t disappoint, amazing Ecuadorian flavor. Thank you Mi lindo Ecuador.

The service was good, but the food was terrible. I ordered a guatita and it was sour, guatita is never supposed to be sour. It made me think that the food was stored and not fresh. They claimed it was fresh but fresh food doesn’t taste like that. They replaced it with meat and it was salty and very greasy. I started getting some stomach issues after this not sure what was up with the food, but I would not come back here again.

I used to love this place. I hadn’t been here since the pandemic and I was looking forward to eating here again. Unfortunately, the fried fish did disappoint because it had a frozen taste to it and the breading was very salty. Tostones rice and beans were good. The lettuce in our salad was not good. My hubby had the broiled fish in a sauce and he said it was okay. The one thing I missed was that they use to serve the plátano chips with their spicy pink sauce but now they serve toasted corn. My suggestion is to serve fresh fish and I would reconsider going back.
