Stopped in on the way home from a school function, it wasn’t anything special. I got huevos rancheros which I’ve had in many different restaurants and in lots of different states and these were unique not in a good way. Pretty much was fried eggs with chili of some type on top and rice refried beans and some tortillas on the side. The service was also so so, waited a good 15 min after finishing to get our bill, then another 5-10 to get our receipt back. Might be considered good in the area being a small town, but definitely not my flavor.

We had several friends who had recommended Mi Garcia’s to us. We UNFORTUNATELY decided to try it today. We were not impressed at all. We DEFINITELY won’t make the mistake of dining here again. We were seated quickly; but after that everything else was less than impressive by far. Mixed in with our chips were multiple burnt chips which I picked out. When we ordered our food , we ordered white cheese dip which also wasn’t very warm. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. My rice was not seasoned well at all . To be honest , it was tasteless. It also was barely warm. I had ordered a meal with 2 burritos which came with the rice. Thankfully they got those prepared correct with no beans. However , the tortillas were soggy and falling apart ( they would have been much better browned on their grilled after being filled ) and the fillings , beef and chicken , weren’t very warm . The chicken was in large pieces . Because of the rice not being seasoned and the sogginess of the burritos ( they were falling apart ), I took the filling out of each of the burritos and mixed it in with the rice. That made it somewhat more edible at least. My husband had tacos which were dripping with grease and also not very warm. The server wasn’t very friendly. We normally eat at one specific Mexican restaurant in Bowling Green. We regretted stopping here and will definitely not come back . In addition , I paid for our meal with cash and she didn’t bring me back my change. It wasn’t much ; but I expected it back . We did leave a tip ; but it wasn’t as much as we leave at a place where we have far more excellent service than this experience.

Today was mine & my son’s first time eating here. Mexican restaurants are our favorite!! The restaurant decor & atmosphere was modern and nice. It appeared clean. The woman server was speedy & friendly, coming back about 3 x’s to check on us. We received our food extremely fast. The food did need more seasoning, but it did taste good. The price was affordable. The only thing I think could be better, I couldn’t hear any music playing. I’d return in the future.

The BEST(that I recall) Mexican junt I’ve personally ever been to but I should mention I’ve only ever ordered 2 different items and 80-90% was the chicken, cheese and rice. Ive never been inside, but the girls are always very nice… and some are really pretty too.

I’ve been told this is the best restaurant in town. I haven’t been to any of the others, so I couldn’t say for sure, but I can see that. I’ve been there 4-5 times over the last few years, and each time has been good.
I’ve tried their tacos carnitas, and a couple of different enchiladas and they’ve all been very good. The only thing is that for me they’re at the upper limit of my tolerance for cilantro. (I have a very low tolerance for it.)
Along with their red salsa they have a white, tangy, sorta ranch-like-but-not-ranch sauce to dip chips in.
The service is good and the staff friendly.
The chairs caught my attention. That sounds weird, but look at the pictures.

Very good food. And prices are very affordable. What more could you ask for from a restaurant? Fried jalapeños were still very raw but still pretty tasty. I will definitely stop at this restaurant next time I’m driving through.
