Not going to lie. I had the Carne Asada and thought it was decent enough. I enjoyed my Mexican Coke, made with real Sugar, and LOVED the grilled Jalapeno, too. Some spice, lots of flavor.
I went home and a couple of hours later had a horrible case of food poisoning. I only had a cup of coffee in my stomach before that, and really nothing afterwards (I think I just had the Coke). So, I think that rules out anything else I’ve had that day.
Food was delicious, but gave me food poisoning.
Staff wasn’t bad at all. Not great, but not bad.
Atmosphere was ok for a Friday evening. Nothing special, but nothing bad.
Overall, eat at your own risk. It has been a decade since I had food poisoning. I will not be eating their food again. But, feel free to roll the dice

Pierna torta was not bad but not great either. Somewhat dry both in terms of condiments as well as the meat. I expect more for $15 or so.
The tortillas look great though so maybe something to try next.

I went around a year ago and never came back because my wife and I found out there were cockroaches in the table we after they brought our food to the table we just stop eating and told to the server about the roaches, she just doesn’t care ,we pay and leave, never ever came back

My new favorite Mexican spot. Been to this hidden gems about 5 times in last couple months. Everything has been delicious and the prices are great. Everything’s basic( like tables just upgraded from plastic folding) but who cares?? Between the Tequila and the food you don’t need anything else.
