Always on the lookout for a good place to eat while in the road. We stopped in Stanton, KY on a whim and tried this place out. Clean and nice inside. Service was great. They happily made a Vegan dish for my wife (with no cheese). My daughter enjoyed vegetarian burritos and I had the Burrito Verde with pork, peppers and onions + a tamale. Bathrooms are spacious and clean too. If you are returning from Red River Gorge or Natural Bridge because the eateries in the area are crowded, stop by this place in Stanton. Stopped in Stanton, KY, for lunch and decided to try a local Mexican restaurant. I ordered the steak tacos, and I have to say, they were fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The tacos were served with fresh toppings that complemented the meat beautifully, giving a great balance of flavors and textures in every bite. It’s clear that care and attention to detail go into preparing their food.
The price was also extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of the meal. In an age where dining out often feels overpriced, this place stood out as a great value. On top of that, the portions were very generous. I left feeling full and satisfied, which isn’t always the case with tacos that can sometimes be on the smaller side.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with a clean and comfortable dining area. The service was friendly and quick, which was much appreciated during a midday stop. It’s not always easy to find a place that hits all the marks—good food, fair prices, and excellent service—but this restaurant absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend it to anyone passing through Stanton or looking for a delicious Mexican meal.

Absolutely delicious. We are here visiting for a quick overnight getaway from out of town. If you’re not here on a weekend, a lot of the most popular restaurants near Red River Gorge are closed. We saw this place last time we were here and thought about trying it out but didn’t make it. So glad we did this time! The food is delicious and so fresh! I got the fajitas Mi Finca and my hubby got the supreme nachos. Both were so good. The portions are fantastic, honestly we could’ve just split one of the meals and had plenty. We took boxes of our leftovers.
