The best my absolute favorite taco truck. These folks are so goodt! The barilla tacos are only $4 bucks! Come on you can’t beat that and they are fire and the people that run in it and own it or cool. They help you order and I pulled out my Spanish app one time, no problem Google translate go far. They aren’t greedy with what they give you either I Love seeing all of this diversity in my city. It’s wonderful because we are becoming more culturally diverse right here in Kentucky! Honestly my favorite taco truck in Louisville so far. Their food is EXCELLENT and I love the fact that they have strawberry horchata. Unfortunately, I don’t think they offer esquite as a menu item anymore but you can always go across the street to pancho’s and get your corn in a cup there. I only deduct one star because of two reasons: 1. Sometimes they will be randomly closed when google says they are open (and nothing posted on their Facebook to say they are closed) and 2. They often run out of ingredients. I think my family and I have tried four or five times to eat there and they’ve either been closed or didn’t have what we wanted.

When they first arrived at that location it was some of the best tacos in the city, and tonight unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The tacos were just weren’t made like they use to. Meat was dry not as tender, and flavorless. Hopefully it was just one bad experience for me.

Really good food, big portions and well served. Ive tried a couple of their items; Tacos, the tortilla is really good since seems to ve hand made. Machete its just gigantic and enough to feed two peopl. Torta, once again really big and delicious. Tepache, since its an item hard to find around the area it gives it an extra point. Horchata, its really good and the also offer different flavors some times. Those are a couple of items I’ve tried from them and so far its been great. The only downside its the parking lot, since its at a gas station its a little hard to find a spot. Overall really recommended

My husband and I tried the chicken quesadilla and were very impressed! Shredded chicken, queso, beans, rice and so much flavor! We’ve been craving another one since Monday! Lol We will definitely be back! ❤️

Ordered a quesabirria last week igot exactly what i asked for, went again today & they added extra stuff like beans & was shaped differently too. I took it back and they said thats what a quesabirria is. they need to make up their mind on what they’re selling. One day is one thing & other days they add more stuff. This place has excellent food and huge portions. I guess they close for the winter, I ride by once or twice a week to see if they have reopened. Looking forward to them opening back up soon!
