BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. I’ve grown up eating Mexican food my whole life. My father is from Mexico so I know Mexican cuisine. The handmade tortillas and fresh ingredients make their food equivalent to home made food.

Rather food was really good! 4 stars on service only because the chips were in a container less than half the size you’d find at any other mexican restaurant and a 2nd basket cost more and we had to wait about 10 mins to get our check when we were 1 of 2 tables.
We’d definitely go back if in the area again.

The food was fantastic! The open-face tacos were standout. Made with fresh, homemade corn tortillas and filled with incredibly flavorful, well-seasoned meats. Every bite was delicious. The spicy skinny margarita was the perfect complement and a great way to finish the meal. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

The seniorita is an excellent chef as well as server and manager. I had a stuffed breakfast burrito with sides of rice and beans and all was homemade and delicious. Beautifully decorated; very clean and nice Mexican music. Delightful experience!

We had dinner at their Soap Lake restaurant on a Wednesday night in late August 2022. Their first restaurant is in Ephrata.
We tried their Pollo Enchiladas Rancheros and Pollo Quesadilla Loco. We ordered the Guacamole for our chips, and it was mostly avocado which is how we like it. Their food style is from the Jalisco region, and we enjoyed that style as it is not “heavy” or greasy at all.
We finished with Fried Ice Cream with caramel syrup (other option is chocolate syrup), one of their two desert choices. (no flan desert here)
Their cheerful decor was full of color. Friendly staff. The bathrooms, bar area, and restaurant were very clean. The air conditioning kept it cool inside. Some guests ate at their outside table area.

Listen, this is the go to spot for Mexican food in the area. The owner takes pride in everything she does, be it the service, food, whatever. She always makes each and every customer feel at home and genuinely leaves you wanting to come back. And on top of all that she’s active in her restaurant, from cooking, to serving, to handling the bar she does it each and every day. And that speaks volumes to me.
In my experience, I don’t think I have ever had a bad meal, or wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome. The portion sizes are generous but not so much that you need a doggy bag. I’ve always managed to clear my plate (along with a few baskets of their home made tortilla chips).
If you haven’t been, you need to go. Well worth it in all aspects.
