Truly one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. We had the Mexican Pizza zza and the Enchiladas Verdes. They were both amazing. The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was cheerful and laid back. We would certainly eat here again!

I just wanted to say that out of a lot of Mexican Restaurants I’ve been to this one sticks with me the most. The food is easy to taste how authentic it is- everytime at that. I’ve never gone and had poor service, poor quality in food or drinks. I do want to brag about a server I’ve had the luck of getting a couple times when I’ve come in- Adriana. She is the absolute best. Her energy alone is enough. She’s very attentive but not over bearing, she 100% knows the menu and can vouch and give an opinion easily to help you decide, and she just has an amazing personality. Very personable. The restaurant and whole staff in general are amazing to interact with! I just wanted to say thank you to this restaurant because it’s not often that you find service and quality THIS good anymore! My family and I love Mi Casa shoutout to the owners because this establishment speaks for them!!

Went here 3 times last week. Day one and two delicious. The Saturday afternoon I went for a margarita and wings. The wings were HORRIBLE!!!! Fried as hard as a ROCK!!! Hardly any sauce on the mango habanero wings. The lemon pepper were just okay but ridiculously HARD too. NEVER have I ever been so disappointed in a dish received from this establishment. The margaritas never disappoint. This is the only reason I gave this rating a 4 and for the other two days where I purchased good tasting nachos. I’m not a drinker. I ordered two shots and I don’t feel a thing. I usually do. Drink taste watered down. Margaritas wasn’t hittin either. Server was nice. Kaylee took our order without writing it down and several things were wrong. She was apologetic but didn’t come by the table much. She was nice and the people are friendly. I like the Jalapeños. The fajita wasn’t sizzling. The beef poblanos was basic. I’m full. After the mishap with my orders, the drink being weak, she didn’t come back, no napkins, I had to drop to a 3 star but they are probably 4 star. The Jamaica non alcoholic drink is good

I really enjoy going here for lunch or dinner. I either get the Nachos al Carbon (has chunks of steak in it) or the Molcajete which has thinly sliced steak, thinly sliced chicken, a poblano pepper, grilled cheese, cactus (taste like green beans to me), and a jalapeño, also comes with rice and beans. Both are really good! I can almost guarantee you’ll have leftovers.
It can be busy especially on the weekends and service can be slow. Hey, it happens everywhere. Still a great place to enjoy a meal. They do carry out as well if you’re in a hurry.

My most recent experience was so disappointing. This was one of my favorite locations. My company and I will no longer use this location after today’s experience.
The experience was honestly terrible. I was placed on hold 4 times back to back. When I picked up the order, the trashcan nachos were just barely halfway full. You pay almost $20 for these. The lady we were dealing with was extremely annoying. If you make your order curbside, it is placed as curbside for a reason. I had to drive back to have my food replaced and still told I need to come inside when I was not feeling well. It also was not ready for replacement upon arrival. When I dine in, the experience is never like this! This is only something I experience with curbside orders. I will have to find some where else to go to pick up client orders and to do client lunches. Consistency is something you should be able to provide. You all make sure you find a way to tax on those extra charges for pickup orders. Put the same amount of energy into providing well established customer service with each visit.
Update: Order remade incorrectly -_-. Called back and spoke with a manager. I think her name was Shelby. She said that you just have to double check it. I thought it was there job. Over talked me multiple times. I expressed that she’s the one on the clock and not me. Order was messed up 2x in a row! The food was for an appetizer for a meeting.
