Being from TX I find that the farther away from the Mexican border that a State is, the more bland the Mexican food is for me. That is a huge generalization but one I’ve come to expect. That said, the food at Mi Casa was excellent.
I has the grilled fish and shrimp. Was delicious. I also tasted the steak fajitas. Steak was well seasoned and had plenty of bell pepper and onions on the sizzle. The table Salsa was spicy and also delicious.
Would recommend to my TX friends.

Be careful they added tip to my bill and when I said something about it they said it was because we didn’t leave a tip the last time but I always leave a tip and then they said it was because of the free chips
Check your receipts very carefully.
Will not be back. And I hope that the owner reaches out to me to discuss this more.

We went early on a Monday evening which is why the pics show a small crowd. The food was good along with the service from Pepe. I had a combo platter with a taco, chili relleno, and beef burrito. She had a beef quesadilla which she modified by adding onions and peppers. All of it was good. So were the chips and salsa. Chips were thick and crispy so they didn’t break off in your salsa. The salsa was too spicy for her, and I don’t know if they have a medium or mild salsa. Nice atmosphere. Clean restroom. Super quick service.

I will say that this restaurant has a lot of potential. The food was good and our waitress was very kind. However the restaurant is very loud due to all the people. We belive it’s because the ceiling is so high. Of course we won’t Blame that on the restaurant though. Overall it’s pretty good.

I will never order from here again. Save yourself. They are skimpy on chips and when you order a large cheese dip it is basically the size of a small at all the other local Mexican restaurants. I tried them twice and I am completely done. Not worth the money!!!

It’s in a small strip mall by the nail salon, but don’t let the location deter you: Mi Casa is a quality restaurant. To start with, theirs is honestly the best of restaurant salads, and the margaritas are top notch. Ask for the mezcal margarita, you won’t be sorry. Entrees are delicious, with a good variety. I’ve had the stuffed poblanos both times we have gone, because I love them, and I found them to be fresh and delicious. My husband enjoyed his carne asada tacos, and my daughter says that the fajitas quesadillas were the best she has had. Service is great and the atmosphere is good. This spot is a drive for us, but we will be back!

This place is good, the location is good, the decor is good, and the service was good. For me, personally, it just didn’t have that pop that I was looking for. I haven’t been back since our first visit.

I ordered a steak quesadilla and refried beans through uber eats.
Look at the quesadilla photo, although they were generous on the steak, this is the saddest quesadilla I’ve ever had. There’s not a single onion, pepper, nothing. Just cheese, and steak that was made with salt only. No flavor at all on this steak. Not to mention the lazy presentation, just a sloppy tortilla half open with melted cheese and bland meat. I couldn’t eat 1/5 of it.
Then I said, oh well, let me indulge on the carbs then and eat the refried beans. Although it looks good, and it’s generous portion. It tastes like plastic. No flavor whatsoever.
To the cooks from this place, please go learn how to do properly food, let alone Mexican food. You’re embarrassing the great people of Mexico and their delicious cuisine.
I can’t rate the service and atmosphere because I ordered through Uber Eats and I had no contact with the restaurant.
