Wow. The Birra tacos are amazing! They also bring never ending chips and salsa to start your meal. The house margarita I had was tasty. The server was absolutely top notch. Very attentive to her customers. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a shout out. All around great experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, a great value!

My Red Hat Chapter was able to reserve a big table here for our monthly gathering. This was the smoothest I have ever had reservations, food orders go. From the moment we were sat down our server catered to us. There was about 9 of us there. Food cane out promptly, it all tasted great as was expected considering I eat here myself pretty often. The manager was such a doll. He brought us dessert on the house after our dinner. He accomodated us to no end. This was about a month ago and I hate it I am late replying. Family issues have taken my time up. I do hope our server and manager knows just how much we appreciate being treated so well. I have always had my preference in Mexican restaurants and it had been only one I would give a 10. However.. this place would get a 10 as well. The chips here are thin and crispy! I have never had any anywhere this delicious! The salsa, cheese dip was excellent as well. I will be back in there soon.
If you are thinking about going for a meal, think no longer! These guys are excellent and you are going to enjoy the food. My favorite is the Chimichangas.
Thanks again..

When I thought there could not possibly be any better Mexican food than El Paso Restaurant in Sevierville, my husband and I decided to stop in here and try this one out. Very friendly, well speaking waiters, quick to fill our drink order and give us the chips and salsa. The very best softest chips I have ever eaten. They could easily gat a 5+ score with us just over the chips. The salsa was just right and not too hot. I ordered the Chimichangas with grilled chicken and my husband ordered the Chicken Nachos. The second time I went back I took a friend and I got the Steak Fiesta and she got the Burritoes. They give you plenty of food! These dishes were excellent! The price was on point as well. I can’t wait to take my Red Hat Ladies as I know they are going to love this place! So happy Dandridge has this little gem. I live here and good places to eat are very important!
PS The cheese dip was equally delicious!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Mi Casa Grill and Cantina is hands-down one of the BEST Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to (and I call myself a Mexican food connoisseur).
The wait staff were some of the friendliest I’ve encountered in a long time. Even though they were busy, they checked on us several times and made sure everything was perfect. The manager, Axel, even came over personally to chat, explain how their margaritas are made (fresh mixers in-house. Peach, strawberry, mango… yes, please!), and make sure our meals were spot on.
Now let’s talk FOOD:
I had the chicken fajitas….perfectly grilled, picture perfect, and tasted even better than it looked.
My husband had the carnitas…. he ate so much he could barely make it to the truck afterward.
My son devoured his beef burrito so fast I almost didn’t get a picture.
My friend had a taco and a strawberry margarita, she said the drink was perfection with just the right amount of kick.
And last but NOT least… the QUESO DIP. OMG. This is the best queso I’ve EVER had in my life. It’s made fresh daily, and you can absolutely tell. We ordered the large and ate every bit. Honestly, I could make a whole meal out of just queso and chips.
I left impressed not only with the food but with how much time the staff and Axel spent making sure we felt welcome and understood the menu. That kind of hospitality is rare these days.
✨ HIGHLY recommend Mi Casa Grill and Cantina. Top 3 Mexican restaurants of all time for me. Do yourself a favor! GO GET YOU SOME OF THAT QUESO and a MARGARITA!

This place was really good. We had four people and everyone enjoyed their meal. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly. My daughter said the women’s restroom was really cute and all in pink. We will make this a regular when we are in town. Pictures are a combo and a chicken chimichanga. Salsa was good, chips were great.

This Mexican food is some of the best we have eaten. The cheese dip is exceptional and the chips are fabulous! Everything taste so fresh and the foodnis so plentiful I always end up taking food home with us. The servers are always nice and management always comes around to greet us to make sure we are enjoying our meal. I have to say it is the best Mexican Restaurant in Dandridge. Very thankful we don’t have to go far for it. ❤️

Great authentic Mexican food, staff was friendly and attentive. I tried the steak chimichanga, the carne asada, the guacamole, and the salsa. I recommend ALL of it! It was all very flavorful! The guacamole was perfectly salted and freshly made. The salsa and chips are free, and the chips were warm and the salsa and great, not too thick and not too watery. Carne asada had great flavor as well as the beans and rice, just wonderful! The Chimichanga was muy Bueno Great Mexican food!
5/5 highly recommend this place!

Amazing place!! We are visiting this area coming from Indiana and decided to stop in for a quick drink and appetizer. The guacamole is probably the best I have ever had! And the warm queso dip??? Absolutely heavenly! Margaritas are fabulous and the cherry mule is delicious, too! We will always make it a point to stop at this little gem whenever we are in town. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Recommend this place 100%!! Don’t miss out!

Food had zero taste. Ordered steak and chorizo tacos, plain. Grilled chicken burrito- 11 yo said the chicken was awful. Usually eats 2 burritos- she ate half a burrito after a sports competition.
Table wobbled. Service was awful. Finally got a drink order and she came back minutes later and forgot half the order for a table of 4.
Could have been an off day but bill was 70$ and after tip, almost $100 for garbage
– everyone’s stomach hurts and we could have just went to mcdonalds. Would not eat here again.
