Was my first time dining here. Food came out rather quick. Prices were fair, portions were decent size. The daily specials that were brought out to other tables looked good.
My enchiladas, rice and beans were good. Parking was a bit of a challenge, it was busy at lunch time.
Overall it was a good experience, would come back to try more items.

I knew the Cadena Family for many years, and I can tell you.. you will not find better Mexican food, Luis, Elvira are brilliant and welcoming. Best food in South Texas. Love Mi Casa Cafe.

Food is good they’re nice not professional if that makes sense. Some customers get top treatment. I had to eat my food while waiting on drink. To clearify i had my drink when i got my food my drink was about done and asked if i wanted another one i said yes but never got it. I try getting their attention but never did. Oh well i guess it happens…..
