Really great restaurant with authentic Mexican cuisine. The service is incredibly fast, and the food is delicious. The chips and salsa is particularly great, and their meats are well marinated and tender. There’s a large variety of drinks and some pretty good margaritas. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly. It’s a bit loud and energetic, but still family friendly. The speed of the staff is quite impressive, and I’ve been in an out in under 45 minutes including appetizer and dessert. Highly recommend this place for both lunch or dinner.

I usually love Mi Cancun in Morrisville, so I decided to try the Apex location. The food was okay! I had chicken tacos with soup on the side. The soup was way too salty, while the chicken seemed to have no salt at all, so the flavors felt unbalanced. Service could definitely be better.
That said, the Blue Coconut Margarita was amazing, as always, Mi Cancun nails their margaritas!

FABULOUS!! My first time there and loved it! The service was impressive. The food was delicious and serving sizes were generous. The cocktail drinks were super tasty. The food was brought out very quickly and the servers were very attentive and efficient at keeping us happy. I look forward to going back.

Ran across this new location of a small local chain and it was probably some of the best stereotypical Tex-Mex food I’ve ever had. The flavors just seemed to be more distinct. The menu was broad but not too excessive.

As always, Mi Cancun doesn’t disappoint. They just opened up a new location close by! This makes my family and I so happy. All of the servers were very attentive. The food was great. The margarita hit as always. I had the Carne con Chile, and my mom had the shredded chicken chimichangas. We both had the Top Shelf margarita. I had to take her to get a margarita or two for Mother’s Day, lol. The Carne con Chile has a little heat to it, nothing crazy, though!

I had chips, salsa, fresh guacamole, and chorizo queso. All delicious. The chips were salty and I like salty chips. The guacamole was made fresh at the table with the option to have “light” jalapeno. There were enough chips, guacamole and chorzo queso for all 4 at our table to share. The service was excellent but the music was too loud for us to enjoy our conversation so we asked for it to be turned down, and they kindly did.

Such amazing service! My husband and I went and sat outside, but we got cold and ended up asking for our food to go. They were so kind and accommodating! The food tasted just as great as take out. Will definitely be back soon!

I’ve waited for my second visit here, and the addition of their bar beverages before coming to sing their praises. I’ve been to all the Mi Cancuns in the area of the last decade +, even some non Mi Cancuns and this place is a home run. I haven’t felt more taken care of in the many, many Mexican restaurants I’ve been to than at this particular location. The staff and management in particular are exceptional. Their food is also great, with the usuals cooked well and having some authentic dishes you don’t find elsewhere make this one of the best Mexican spots in the area. Partner all this awesome with their amazing drink menu and I guess you can say they have gained new customers for life. We absolutely love it here.
