We came for lunch today and arrived around 12 or so. Our server was very attentive and checked on us regularly throughout our meal. We started with the nachos for an appetizer and our group of 4 cleared the plate! The chips were still crispy and not soggy like most nachos can be. I ordered the Chori Steak Street Taco’s and OH MY GOSH! These were the BEST tacos I have had in Elizabeth City. My husband got the Fajita Burrito and said it was even better than he was expecting. We had a wonderful first visit to Mi Cancún and will definitely be returning! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Fantastic service, and fantastic food!!

The staff is nice and enjoyable. The food came out very quickly and was delicious. The Arroz con Pollo was fantastic, with peppers and onions.
They have drink specials everyday, although we did not partake. They have many specials and offerings that are a great value.
The place was very clean throughout.
As a funny note, when our server came out with our two drinks, he looked up with his eyes closed for like 10 seconds. I assumed he was praying over our table. Turns out, he was trying to remember which hand had the sweet tea and which was unsweet.

Finally a fantastic Mexican restaurant in Elizabeth City! After living in wonderful San Antonio for a few years it was really disappointing not having a really good Mexican restaurant to go but finally one that I feel is definitely on par the food was AMAZING the service and servers were AMAZING we got the nachos and killed them, the complimentary chips and salsa and you can ask for white sauce delicious . My daughter got street tacos, my son in law and husband got the burrito and I got the chimichanga it was so good not greasy like other restaurants chimichanga’s. I think I might get the street tacos next time because there will definitely be a next time! Definitely do not hesitate to check this place out I definitely wasn’t disappointed!

Table side fresh guacamole was DELICIOUS!!!! The food was hot and came out quickly. Tried the special Lengua Tacos, very soft and wonderfully seasoned. If you feel adventurous, they are worth it!

Way over priced ! My bill as 88.00 ! So I spent 100 on basic Mexican food ! I had Poco Loco . 15 plus for that is BS ! They charge 13 for a little cup of cheese dip . All these little extra things were like 13 and $15! I got there before their lunch hour was over! I had a friend join me like a few minutes after their lunch was over But I got charged both for dinner! . I got the same portion size as I would’ve gotten for lunch except now they’ve charged triple the amount for the same portion. Even the drinks were expensive. There’s no way my bill should’ve been $88. There was just two of us and we didn’t eat very much. I definitely won’t be going back there! It’s like a nickel and dime every little thing and another thing that I hated. They had music playing in two different places, two separate kinds of music and the atmosphere was absolutely not relaxing whatsoever. It was chaotic. They were playing it in the kitchen loud . People are always nice. Don’t get me wrong. And the food was good, but Mexican food is pretty much the same anywhere you go isn’t it?

Repeat customer. Food is delicious. Normally the friendlybservice and good food is a solid four stars. However on this visit, I ordered the drink tower (a good to favorite for getting tipsy) and when it arrived it didnt look clean. The spout dripped a bit of good and it smelled rotten. We sent it back and got a new one. All problems resolved. They did not swap out our glasses that we had attempted to fill prior to seeing sludge until we asked for new ones. My guests opted to not drink after that but I indulged with a fresh glass.

We visited this restaurant after my daughters graduation last night, and I’m sooo glad we did. Approaching the establishment it looked extremely busy and we barely could find a parking space, almost started to consider a different option. We found a spot! It was very busy, but we were seated right away! From walking in to be seated to the end of our night the staff were phenomenal. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was trendy, happy, fun, and exciting. The food and drinks were made with pure perfection and passion. I can not wait to visit again once I’m in that area ! If you haven’t tried them it’s definitely an experience that you’ll enjoy! Good job guys, keep doing what you’re doing!!
