Mi Bistro was very good this is the BEST Bahn Mi I had so far in Stockton I’ve only tried 2 other spots. The sandwich was a large portion and filled enough to satisfy. I got the Char Siu Pork and added Pate and Mayo since this one does not come with the sauce they give you is so delicious it’s not the chili but a dark thin sauce loved it. Staff is extremely friendly and understanding of accommodations or questions. I had the Thai tea red (orange color) it was good but not as sweet as other places as this one may be more authentic to Vietnamese culture! The green buns and purple buns are Taro and Mung bean deserts it is more soft, bread like and the inside filling is more tarte than sweet it was 6.5/10, next time I will try a different dessert. Overall I will return for another Bahn Mi!!!

This is a little gem. let’s start with this: you’re not going to a restaurant. You are going to a grab and go. The food is good! The prices are good! They make their bread which is tasty chewy and delicious. I had a ham and cheese pastry which was so damn good that I wish I would have bought two. The grilled pork sandwich was fresh and delicious. It did not take long at all. There’s a Rewards program you can join so it’s modern. It’s so clean. You can wait to grab something to eat or you can just pick something up that’s ready perfect for lunch. The menu is not huge but it saves time and what they do make is so good so who cares this is the modern takeout we need in the strip malls. The location isn’t great because of where it sits but it’s still in the middle of so many businesses you’re going to find it. The best part of this place is the customer service. The owner is there and will explain menu items and even told me how to freshen up my bread because she said it was made in the morning and may not be as tasty. Come on now who does that. I had Vietnamese tea which was not tighty or anything sugar-filled because I needed something light with my heavier snacks. It was so floral and delicious I haven’t had anything this authentic since I’ve been in a bigger city like San Jose. Great Tik Tok presence with menu updates.

This is my first time Goin here so don’t butcher me because of my review. I don’t know if everything here is for to-go? I clearly told them that I’ll be eating here since my car is at perlu auto advance and I had alot of time to kill. We had A1- cut in half, B4- beef stew killed it. Also got B8 vermicelli, C1 with the pastries. So far the for food area amazing and very affordable with its reasonable portion. I will be coming back trying the other dishes on the menu.

FOOD: I decided to check out this newly opened spot and placed my first order. I got the 6pc Fried Pork Wontons, 4pc Veggie Fried Egg Rolls, 2pc Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, and a Red Thai Tea with Boba. The food was pretty good, but I noticed the sauce containers were only half full, and they charged an extra 50 cents for more. This was the prefect amount for two people, definitely a lot for just one unless you have big appetite.
SERVICE: Ordering online was straightforward, and I appreciated the convenience. However, when I received a text saying my order was ready, I arrived to find there was no separate line for online orders. Everything was mixed together, and they packed my order only when I got there. A little disappointing, but overall not bad.
FYI‼️ The shrimp spring rolls were just sitting on the counter, placed in assembled containers inside a basket. I’m not sure how I feel about that, it might be to prevent the wrapper from getting hard, but I’m a little iffy about the shrimp sitting out for that long, even though it’s cooked.

I have ate from here twice and I’ve been satisfied with everything I have ordered. Like others have mentioned, the prices are fair. So far my favorite things here are the shrimp cheese bread, banh canh (add chili oil!), and salted egg Vietnamese coffee. I like the variety of things on the menu and I’d say this is a solid place for your Vietnamese cravings.

My husband and I love trying new banh mi places, and this place was it! It’s an absolute gem. So glad we stopped by to try it! We ordered combination, chargrilled pork, and char siu pork banh mi’s with egg and spring rolls. The banh mi had so much flavor and were packed!!!! And the packaging was so cute, too. This place is an absolute MUST to try. Also, being 6 months pregnant, the monganda drink was perfect for my sweet craving! We will definitely stop by again!

The place is small and had very little seating, but it’s good for takeout orders. Their egg coffee is off the hook. I’ve had many in the bay area and this is comparable to those. Their banh mi looks and taste amazing. I had finished the banh mi before remembering to take pictures.

I like their small baguette and usually stop by when I passed by that area. Unfortunately, the last couple times and today I bought them; I feel like they gave the leftover or been in the fridge and just warmed up. It’s hard and broke into pieces when I cut them with a knife. It wasn’t like that the first time I bought them and I could keep it for a day or two and won’t turn to a rock as the 12 bread sticks I got today. I’m so DISAPPOINTED. However, the owner and kids are friendly and nice.

What a fantastic little spot! We have no pictures of the food because the food was gone so quickly.
The bread was fresh and crunchy, the sauces were made in-house (one of the best soy sauces I’ve ever had!), and the meat was incredible!
The staff was very, service was quick and the place was clean.
