Ate here Christmas day, first year eating away from home. They had everything seemed nice and fresh I ate breakfast eggs, bacon, Belgian waffles and plenty of coffee, my family had everything short ribs, broccolini, pizza, sushi, dessert, car ing board had ham and turkey a salad bar and more food than I can name. Kids even had ice cream cones.

If you’re coming specifically for vegan or vegetarian food, note that although it shows online on Google, those options aren’t actually available. Other than that, everything else is fine.

This place is an absolute joke! The food selection is poor. The food is cold. I really tried to like this place and it was impossible! I thought I would be able to find something worth my money, NOTHING! Please don’t go to the desserts, it’ll just piss you off ! Save your money.

I recently took my family to the buffet at MGM buffet and I was particularly excited as I have dined there before. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.
I personally picked up at least seven plates that still had food caked on them. I was shocked by the amount of leftover food and residue on the plates, which clearly had not been properly cleaned. When I brought this to an employee’s attention, her response was simply that the plates were “supposed to be clean” as she took the dirty plates from my hand, which did not inspire confidence or reassurance.
In addition to the cleanliness issues, the food itself was underwhelming. The presentation and overall quality were far below what I would expect from the MGM Grand brand. Frankly, the experience felt more comparable to a budget hotel buffet rather than a premium resort destination.
I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate management, as several people in our travel group chose to dine elsewhere after reading negative reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, based on our experience, those concerns appear to be justified.

The service is 5 stars as the servers are friendly and attentive. But the food is just sad. It was practically a few breakfast items, a small salad bar and a few generic lunch items like fried cod, mashed potatoes, pizza. Carving station was only roast beef or turkey, both dried out and tasteless.
Desserts were also mediocre. Thank God I didn’t pay much as I used my resort dining credit, otherwise I would be more upset.

As much as I applaud them for labelling gluten free (celiac) there are very few choices. The food in general was not good. We have eaten at this buffet quite a few times, but this time was not good. The omelette was meh, bacon tasted horrible, maybe really old or loaded with extra preservatives. The salad selection isn’t bad, hard boiled eggs were pretty old though. Only dessert for gluten free is ice cream.
Food choices in general have really gone down. My husband was very disappointed as he isn’t celiac so he ate lots of stuff that I could not, but said the food wasn’t great. And to be clear, he is not the least bit fussy. We won’t be back.

We got BOGO offer and found that the choice was decent. Fruits, salad, breakfast items as well as roasts and mash… No fries which I thought was odd. I travelled with a coeliac and they managed to get a reasonable amount of food from the choice available (clearly marked).
Desserts were OK, liked the ice-cream. Choice of beverages was good.
Service very good. They checked on us, cleared plates quickly etc.

You might want to skip this one. Unfortunately, the food was pretty underwhelming. A lot of the dishes looked visually unappealing, and most tasted just as bad as they looked. The flavors were mediocre at best and nothing stood out or felt fresh, and I found myself skipping over most of the options after just one bite.
On top of that, the hostess we encountered was rude and made the experience feel rushed and unwelcoming right from the start. It definitely set the wrong tone for the meal.
While there were a few items that were decent, they weren’t enough to make up for the overall lackluster quality. For the price of $35 per person, I expected much better presentation and flavor.
If you’re looking for a buffet in Vegas, there are definitely better options out there.

It has a little bit of everything but there could be more choices. The food was ok but nothing memorable. There are a lot of waiters but they rarely came by my table to collect used dishes. Otherwise, it’s a convenient spot in the hotel for a well-rounded meal.

Torn review, because my friends liked it but I did not. I tried a lot of the food, 3 different full plates, but didn’t like most of it.. maybe we came at the wrong time because everything just tasted old and stale.. The cooks and servers were super friendly though, it just sucked not being able to really enjoy anything but the bagels and cake area. Stuff I didn’t have to pay $30+ for.. but if you’re staying at the MGM Grand/ Signature it is at least a convenient meal, especially if you’re not picky.
