The best BBQ and the best people!! MF BBQ is where you go to be treated like family! Our favorite is the pulled pork sundae. We love the Texas twinkies. The Texas toast is amazing! Everything you get here is so flavorful.
The best part is getting to see the Meck Family. They are so wonderful. They really bring the community together with pop-up markets and events.

I found this hidden gem in Riverview while visiting the first vendor market at FlooringMaster. I love a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on it. Normally I have to buy a side of slaw and put it on myself. Not here! They offer a slaw topper! It was a nice surprise and so delicious. My hubs ordered a brisket sandwich. Their brisket is just as good ours. Because my husband smokes brisket I’m a bit of a brisket snob (haha) but theirs is just as good! I will definitely be ordering the brisket next time. Lastly, the BBQ sauce. I didn’t dock them any stars for their BBQ sauce because when your smoked meat can be eaten without it and still be enjoyable you know you have a great product and we will be back. However, I am not a spicy food eater. They offer two types of BBQ sauce. Spicy and Sweet. They describe the sweet as having a bourbon flavor. First thing i noticed was that it looked like syrup you put on pancakes and was a little too sweet for my liking. However I did, dip my sandwich in it and it was ok. In my humble opinion, the sweet BBQ sauce recipe needs a little tweaking to make it a little thicker and less syrupy. That being said I will reiterate their smoked pulled pork and sliced brisket doesn’t need any sauce to enhance the flavor. If you loved BBQ Smoked Meat like we do, check out this hidden gem! I had a great experience with MF. I spoke to Michelle, who was very pleasant. She took my order on last minute, the night before my event. She was expected at her own event the following day, but she provided a way for me to pick up my food. It was warm, tender and delicious. I had the St. Louis Flat Ribs. Grilled to perfection. I would highly recommend MF’s.

So my dad told me about this place at bowling league on Thursday… by Friday afternoon I was at the food truck ordering the family meal. The brisket was insanely delicious and the service was by far the best I’ve had in Florida since I’ve been here! Michelle and Brian let me sample damn near everything. They should be car salesmen bc one bite of that Brisket Chili and I ordered a pint. 10/10 must try!!!!

Was blessed to be introduced to some of the best BBQ that I have tried in long time by a co-worker. You can taste the dedication and love that is put into their food and that same love and dedication to quality is given to patrons that are lucky enough to experience such deliciousness. Thank you so much Brian Sr, Brian Jr, Kyle and especially Michelle, whose friendly service and great smile made it a pleasure for my tummy and heart. And for sure I will not only be back, I am spreading the word on how freaking YUMMY the food is here and needs to be experienced!! Please try the fantastic brisket and more importantly those addictive TEXAS TWINKIES…SOOO GOOD!!

It’s a definite must stop and try if you’re driving by the area and appreciate the very honest in BBQ. They’re set up in the Flooringmaster parking lot corner of Balm Riverview and McMullen Road.
I highly recommend the “Texas Twinkies” which are smoked bacon wrapped cheese stuffed Jalapeños. Yum!
Family owned and prices are about much what a fast food meal costs these days.

The best brisket I’ve found in Florida, and some of the best I’ve had period. Everything I’ve had so far has been smoked to perfection. The sides are all very good as well. On top of the food the family that runs this food truck are super friendly and great people. Definitely give this place a shot if you love authentic Texas BBQ! Try the Texas twinkies!

I had the pleasure of stopping at MF BBQ for lunch today and meeting the Meck family. Mom, Dad, and the kids all working together to make the magic happen is heartwarming, but the real star of the show is the food! The Texas Twinkies were so good, I could eat 20 of them in a row. I also had the brisket and the pulled pork, both were flavorful, tender, smokey and delicious. And the Texas black pepper barbecue sauce has a real kick! If you’re reading this review right now, stop what you’re doing and go get yourself some MF BBQ!
