This place is kinda of tucked away and gives it a very intimate feel, but this place could be great for big groups. They have and indoor and outdoor bar with plentiful seating inside and outside.
I loved the interior design.
I had, of course, three different mezcal drinks which were amazing.
To eat i had the the crab stuffed pepper with cream sauce.
Service was superb. Very upbeat vibe and very clean.
Love this place. I will come back anytime I’m near this side of town. A San Antonio must try.
were amazing, just enough cheese to meat ratio. The taste of the drinks was out of this world. My lady had a dragon fruit margarita and I enjoyed the blue margarita, that has a taste similar to a blue hawaiian. And I capped my night off a bourbon old fashion which had a smooth taste and excellent presentation. The owner even came by and gave us regards at the table and check if everything came out okay, because I believe he prepares the food as well. With all that being said, my suggestions
Would be to offer multiple
Options for sauce to go along with the duros. And then maybe a little heavier pour when it comes to the liquor options.
The serving portion can seem a little small in comparison to the price. Maybe offer a larger sized glass even at a slightly higher cost. In terms of the old fashion, I received
The amount that I got was less than half of the glass even with the ice sphere which was slightly disappointing.
Nevertheless the flavor was delicious. Overall, I will return to this restaurant. I like the quaint environment that it had seems like kind of an undiscovered gem, and I hope they’re able to stay around for a long time.
Quality and service is great as well.
And for dessert we got the concha mezcal and its absolutely perfect
Would come back for sure again.
