I don’t typically leave reviews but this was a must! My husband & I have been eyeing this place for a few weeks now and finally had the time to go check it out. Walking through the door, my immediate thought was wow this place was done so beautifully. The decor, the furniture & the whole vibe was esthetically pleasing, welcoming and extremely clean. Once we got seated at a table, we were immediately greeted by our server with some chips and salsa, which was so delicious & fresh. I ordered a frozen strawberry mango margarita which was so yummy. we started with a couple of appetizers, the esquite & the chicken taquitos… both was big portions & was sooo delicious. At that point I was stuffed… but that didn’t stop me from trying another margarita.. there’s always room for another margarita lol…this time I ordered the Mango King which was described as a frozen Patron Mangonado, BEST marg I’ve had yet. We both also ordered different types of tacos as our entrees which also came with rice and refried beans on the side… as stuffed as I was from the appetizers, I just had to take 1 bite out of each item from my meal to try it and everything was by far delicious !!!! I did carne asada tacos and the asada was sooo flavorful, as well as the rice & the beans! Everything was TOP TIER. Our server was also very attentive and friendly, we never really had to ask for anything because she made sure we had everything needed. This place has gained 2 regulars, we will be back often.

If you are looking for true Authentic Mexican Food, this is the spot. The Mexican Street Corn was out of this world. The Enchiladas were serves perfectly and the meat filling was tangy with a hint of lime. The Mexica platter was so much more than we imagined and it was a feast fit for a King or Queen. The drinks were well made cold and tasty, which made the meal that much better. The fried ice cream for dessert really hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this establishment. At the end of the night, the cost was minimal vs the quality and the quantity we received.

This place has been on my list to try and instantly jumped to one of my favorite Mexican spots in RI. The place is clean and aesthetic, the drinks were strong (the flight is 3 full sized margs!), and our server was kind and attentive.
But the food was the real highlight. We shared a cold seafood dish (torre de mariscos) and the molcajete – and cleared both plates. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can truly tell the food is made with love.

New Mexican spot with lots of options. The ambiance was beautiful and they had stylish seating.
We ordered the guac trio (mango pineapple, guac & pico de gallo, and spicy pepitas). I only liked the pico and my friend liked the other 2. The descriptions on the trio and some other food items were a little confusing partially because it was out of order and partially because of punctuation but, for the most part you know what you’re getting.
We also got the chicken chimichanga smothered in cheese (cheese had a weird taste that we didn’t like) and the carne asada. It came with grilled cactus which was fun to try but, not something I would get again. The steak was delicious and I always enjoy some beans and rice! Definitely planning on trying some other dishes next time we’re in.

The food at Mexizol was so delicious! (I got the Enchiladas Mixtas ) and the people who work here are all very nice, friendly, and serviceable. The atmosphere is great and everything from the artwork on the wall, booths, and lighting was beautiful. They have a kids menu which is a plus for us and they serve delicious chips and salsa! I highly recommend for ppl of all ages! I would definitely come here again, I already can’t wait to go again!

Nice place, very good food and the staff were very friendly and on their game. It wasn’t real busy but the server we had was very attentive and always had a smile. The Mexican corn appetizer was awesome. The 3 way combo was very good. I’ll definitely be going back.
