This was my second visit to Mexico Lindo, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. I ordered a house margarita that was completely watered down — I’ll attach a photo so you can see what I mean. It had almost no flavor, which was shocking considering Mexico Lindo’s reputation for great drinks.
It took 10–15 minutes for our server to return so I could mention it, and when the manager came over, they explained that their margarita mix “sits until it’s finished.” That immediately raised a red flag. If the mix is sitting for long periods, that explains the poor taste — but it also says a lot about quality control.
What made things worse was the response. The manager didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue or offering any kind of solution — just a “that’s how we do it” attitude. My food was mediocre at best, and the overall experience left a bad taste, literally and figuratively.
As someone who’s had a great experience here before, I’m disappointed in how much the quality and service have declined. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously — because the reputation of this place deserves better than what I experienced today

Delicious food, excellent service, and a lovely patio where I can eat with my dog! Hanna M was a wonderful server, very friendly and responsive. Brought me some water for my Goldie and was efficient and friendly. The Lindo bowl has become my favorite but everything I tried has been great. I like the grilled chicken with the mango vinaigrette!

I had an amazing experience at Mexico Lindo in Mableton! The food was authentic and bursting with flavor, and the service was top-notch. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a family dinner or a night out with friends. I highly recommend their fajitas and margaritas. Definitely one of the best spots in town!

We eat here every time we go to Six Flags! They stay open late enough for us to go after the park closes which is amazing I LOVE the crab cakes, they are my absolute favorite! The mango vinaigrette that comes on the salad is the best! Mahi fajitas, I mean, need I say more? The whole place is a vibe, with loud 90s r&b playing, they are always busy even late. The patio has new furniture which was needed. They have a really varied menu making it fun to get different items.

So, I had 3 edible wings. The rest were grotesque. I asked to swap them out. The young manager/chef said no exchanges, no returns, no nothing.
My husbands fajita was not sizzling, it was steamy yes but sizzling? No. I could’ve gotten past the soggy, greasy taco because I’ve become used to it by now.
He brought back a drum and placed it on my table & turned his back to me as he walked off. I hate that manager. I’ve never had bad service here & I come here literally 4 times a week on my much break with my husband, friends and/or my neighbor. I spend good money here. I tip well EVERY time.
I think I’m good here. I spend too much money to have somebody turn their back on me because I wanted the same quality i usually get on a weekday. That was so lame to me. I wish I would’ve went to long horn, Miyakko, La Padilla or something but this is walking distance. I waited all day for the lindo to open. Skipped breakfast and all because I’m loyal here All I wanted was better looking wings but I guess I don’t deserve that. Like a $8 plate with 5 wings will hurt Mexico Lindo so much you have to argue with me and turn your back on me as I’m speaking. Not to mention it’s a good $58 meal for 2. I’m so upset. My feelings are hurt. The manager here is trash. He ruined the entire vibe her for me. I won’t be back.

Visited this location with family over the weekend for my sister’s graduation dinner. Great atmosphere and a fun vibe. The food was flavorful and it came out hot. Our server Margarita was awesome!! We had a party of 16 and she was very patient and attentive to all of our needs
