One of the best Mexican food places in Bethlehem. I ordered 3 birria tacos (corn tortillas) and one chicken tostada and a sprite which came out to a little over $20. The birria tacos were really good as they did not skip out on the cheese neither the meat. You get chips and salsa as you wait and there is usually never a wait time for dine-in. I am not sure about the reviews mentioning cash only as the establishment has been doing card transactions for a while now. Wilfredo was a great server and at the same time had to juggle phone calls, tables, and transactions. Good food, quick service!

If your looking for an IRRESISTIBLE & AUTHENTIC Mexican experience this is the place to dine! It is decked out to look like a far away destination, one in Mexico of course but you won’t be disappointed! The food is to die for and will have you savor each bite! I could not eat anymore so believe me when I say the portions are plentiful & affordable! *THEY ALSO HAVE DAILY SPECIALS!*

Today was my second awesome experience eating here while visiting family. We had a party of 9 & were immediately accommodated when we walked in. We all selected a variety of excellent foods. Everyone raved about how delicious their meals were. The service was great, quality of the food, portion size and price were all outstanding. I cannot wait to return to this little “off the beaten path gem” on our next visit to Bethlehem!

Delicious! I had the enchiladas with mole, rice, beans. Love the fact it wasn’t buried in cheese, so you could actually taste the food. Mole was homemade, thick and rich, with real depth of flavor. My partner had the burrito, but it was too smokey. Not sure if they used liquid smoke, maybe the over charred the peppers. Free margaritas and beer made for a great meal at a great price.

There is a very special place in hell for the lost souls who would dare rate this masterpiece of a restaurant anything less than four stars. Wanna know to what extent Mexico LINDO lives up to the old idiom, “Hole in a wall”? I’ve been here multiple times and still walk right past it almost everytime I have to go to Bethlehem to wait for the 605 bus. For my money, it’s the best authentic Mexican food I’ve eaten since I left California 17 years ago, and I’ve eaten a bunch who all claim to be the best….umm no. This one is and it’s not even close. The prices are right. The atmosphere is on point and not too over-the-top. The service is what you’d expect as a 30 something year old black dude walking into a Spanish restaurant and only knowing how to pronounce “taco” and “burrito”. And then there’s the food…I had to get the Chicken Enchiladas and a pork torta, and I’m so glad I did. I shouldn’t even really be allowed to be living this well, but, hey, someone’s gotta do it.

Loved that this spot is a 3 minute walk from the Hyatt around the corner. The food is delicious and theyre very generous with the portions. Easily the enchiladas dinner could feed 2 people. The tacos are yummy a good deal at 3/$9. The burrito is huge and sooooo good! They have Jaritos for drinks. No dessert unfortunately or horchata when I visited but I wasn’t picky. They have daily special. Casual seating area. All good!
