Went for a quick dinner before the home show.
The menu was different than I expected. The chorizo dish I ordered was over seasoned and a little burnt.
The tacos we ordered were okay. The chicken and the beef were the stand outs.
The pork and the fish were not. Too many textures and too much sauce on the pork and not enough salt on the fish.
The vibe was good and the space had heaps of room. Facilities are good.

Went last night as part of a group of 10. The atmosphere was good, food was tasty, friendly staff. The only thing that spoilt it was serving time on the mains. Some came out quite quickly, but some took ages, which meant that by the time the last of our meals arrived, everyone else in our group had finished eating. As a customer, there is nothing worse than watching everyone you’re with eat, while you pretend it’s no big deal that you’re still waiting, especially when other tables next to you are getting their food before your group has finished getting theirs.

We bought the lunch specials/combo with fried chicken and beef birria taco and a chicken taco. All the food that wasn’t fried wasn’t even properly warm. The meat in the tacos were lukewarm at best. Even if it’s a hot day, the food should be heated properly if it’s supposed to be warm.
Fried chicken: the chicken pieces were not consistent sizes and all except one of the biggest pieces with a bit of fat in it were overcooked. The smallest pieces were well overcooked.
Chicken taco: was even more overlooked than the fried chicken. And cold, making the meat even more tough.
Drenched beef birria taco: it was not better for being drenched. The meat could have done with longer in a slow cooker. Again, cold.
Service: was helpful when he took our orders and payment and studied our plates as he walked by delivering other orders. Toward the end, I had to go find him near the entrance and he was on the phone. I wandered around nearby in view of the desk waiting for him to wrap up. He didnt until i finally approached. Then he got off the phone quickly without noting or doing anything, so it seemed like it was a personal call and he made me wait.

Unfortunately the food was not impressive, the guacamole tasted like plain avocado with a bit of coriander in it, the corn cobs shared plate was obviously frozen corn which was not at all pleasant and with fresh sweetcorn available in abundance at the moment why would a chef not take advantage of it. The pork quesadilla was ok. The service was friendly but a bit slow, we waited for at least 15 minutes before being approached for our drinks order and then another 15 before they arrived. The restaurant inside is comfortable and has lots of interesting Mexican themed memorabilia. Based on our experience with the quality of the food we had I wouldn’t go back.

I was here with a group of 20 for work. I arrived after the food was ordered (set menu style), but I am vegan. I informed the maitre d’ half way thrpough the meal when I had only eaten corn chips, and he was incredible. He insured there was plenty of food for me, and my colleague who was gluten free/lactose intollerant who also arrived late. They handled a big group so well. Staff were super friendly and attentive.

This meals were all presented ok but something a little off in everything, maybe not all prepared fresh or recently? We all felt a bit gross for rest of day and my meal went through me very quickly, which messed up rest of days plans. Service was lacking, place could do with a spring clean very sticky/dusty.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Served us food with a smile. All the girls were sweet and made us feel very welcome. Went there for my partners birthday and it was packed on a Monday night. The service was quick and the food was amazing. The non alcoholic drinks that we tried were super tasty.

Nachos comes with lots of beef briskets, its good. The beef is flavourful and tender.

The place was quite quiet, so food and drinks came out quickly. Food was well flavoured and good portion sizes.
Service was good but maybe a little inattentive. Saw some staff vaping at the bar but unsure on their permise rules.
Place was generally clean and tidy, as were the toilets. Place does have some burds that like to come inside, so keep an eye on your table.
Likely to try an alternative Mexico next time to compare.

What another fantastic night at my favourite restaurant, the new menu for the season is incredible, my family and I passed on our compliments to the waiter and the chef came out to thank us. We were absolutely blown away by not only the food, but also the service. 10/10 I could never recommend this place enough.
