We have ordered from here many times in the past and it’s always been good. And this was absolutely awful.
First they forgot a bunch of things that we specifically asked for. Second, we had three al pastor burritos that came to nearly $70. Delivered. An al pastor burrito is supposed to have pork in it. This thing was basically rice and beans with a few little scraps of pork. check the picture and you can see what I mean. We also asked for guacamole which was a $3 up charge per sandwich. There was maybe a tablespoon of guacamole in the burrito. This is inexcusable. We are very disappointed. You can do better than this.
Check out the picture. This was the last third of the burrito. The pork is very very hard to find (remember the old Wendy’s ad “where’s the beef?”) and you can see a few little dribbles of guacamole but that’s about it.
Over $20 for a rice and beans burrito with a dash of pork and a tablespoon of guacamole. Absolutely ridiculous. Al pastor is supposed to have a certain flavor to it. Since there was so little pork in this burrito, it certainly didn’t taste like an al pastor burrito.
I want my money back. And I want you to make me a real al pastor burrito like you might make for your family or your grandmother. You should be embarrassed.
You guys need to get it together. You used to be excellent. If you’re cheaping out on your ingredients you’re going to go out of business. There was a place in hopkinton that did that I had very good pizza until they got cheap and then their pizza sucked and then the next thing you knew they were gone. Would be a real shame for you to end up the same way. I grew up in Southern California where we had access to outstanding Mexican food on every street corner. I really liked when you guys came to town because it was good. But now it’s not. So get your act together.
Unfortunately, the food doesn’t make up for it—quality has declined, portions are small, and prices are high for what you get. But even if the food were better, the attitude and lack of basic customer service would still ruin the experience.
is concerned , especially after having Mexican food at the local nationwide chains. Can feel the taste of the home made salsa’s and chips and the food … Their spicy green Salsa which they serve with Chips in tiny cup is amazing !
Tried their Combos (Gordita and Tamale) and Chimichanga ….definitely the best of their types I have ever eaten !
Don’t forget to gulp it down with bottle of Jarritos (Mexican flavored soda)
