Very dark gloomy outdated … the food was ok same taste across the entire plate, waiters was sweet and kind brought out nachos with salsa .. I probably wouldn’t not go back.

The food was great came out hot , still the same look and smells as when I was younger going to this restaurant. I only gave the service a 3 stars she was working really hard but they didn’t have nearly enough staff on we waited 45 minutes for a table , not a problem but when we got sat we did not have a server for over 10 minutes as she had so many more tables understanding it isn’t on her just wish the management would fix this . Would I go back YES!

Came here for lunch the other day. I have nothing to complain about ! Service was fast and friendly, food was tasty and fair priced. Definitely have enough leftovers the next day even for a small portion! Only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because I’ve had much better Mexican at other restaurants. This place is great for the price and portion size though!

The food was absolutely amazing! Not only was the taste phenomenal, but the portion sizes are HUGE! The staff was very timely, our meals came out quickly, and the atmosphere was family oriented and made the whole experience VERY enjoyable! I will definitely be back!

I was here on a work trip the waiters were kind of rude, rushing me to order, didn’t even tell me about the specials they had going on (I learned them after I ordered, the waiter was upset when I asked to switch out my order). The biggest thing that upset me was a waiter sweeping the floor all around where people were eating & they sitting the broom & dustpan down then going to save food without washing her hands , I would give the food a 3/5 rating. It wasn’t the best Mexican I’ve had. Needless to say I won’t be going back!

Loved the hot/fresh chips and salsa. Food is very good as well. I’ve been to most of the Mexican places in southwest Detroit and i’m honestly sorry it took me so long to try this one. It is good quality and portions! I’ve been twice prior to writing this review and had different meals each time. Same quality and level of service. Lunch seems to be easy to get in/out. Dinner gets pretty busy so plan on a wait.
