The cheese dip is the best I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a quesadilla with bell peppers and onions and it was delicious. The waitress is very nice. The eating space was clean but the bathroom stunk. The food is cheap and you get a lot of it too! It really deserves more business than it gets. P.S. I don’t recommend the churro.

We stopped and ate at El Jefe this afternoon. I enjoyed the rice and Pollo and my friend ordered tacos. The Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and there were several sauces to chose from on our table. We especially loved the avacado sauce…Yum! The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. We also learned they have new owners. They are fixing to have a new menu too!!

Didn’t bring out chips like every other Mexican place. Completely messed up my order and brought a whole nother plate I didn’t order and tried to get me to pay for it, even though I didn’t touch it or ask for it. And didn’t bring my friends food out at all. Had to argue with the waitress who barely spoke English that it was wrong until she went to the back and got her mom out to fix it.

I ordered street tacos and they were absolutely phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and attentive! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. My employees and I will be returning at least once a week for luncheons!!

Not only is the food consistently excellent, but the people here are genuinely warm and welcoming. My wife and I eat here every week and we have never had a single bad meal. The staff always treat us like family, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
Any reviews claiming cold food or poor service do not match our experience at all, most likely just one difficult customer trying to stir trouble. For us, this place is a rare gem, and if six stars were possible, that is exactly what we would give.

This is the most authentic absolutely mouthwateringly delicious local Mexican food you’ll get within a very wide distance, the next best I’ve had since this was in Texas. They are truly fantastic, the pricing is reasonable and everything I’ve tried has been insanely impressive. Feels like family trying to make sure you eat good.
