I saw an “un-named” restaurant in the back of a gas station, and knew it was probably my kind of place. They mostly served beef (vs. pork or chicken) and that was fine. You order in the back, get a slip to take back to the convenience store clerk and pay, then take the receipt back to the restaurant. We got tortas, burritos and a chile relleno, everything tasted great! A word to the spice adverse, all of their salsas were pretty spicy! I loved it, but my wife and kids were having to gulp down horchata between bites. Would stop again!

Fantastic, authentic food served in the back of the C-store. Great burritos, and the best quesa birria I’ve ever had! Definitely worth a stop.
