I ordered the steak torta, chips and guac, and rice. The torta bread was good but it was a very light portion on the steak that didn’t have a lot of flavor. I would never order the guac again as it’s mostly chunky tomato’s as seen in the photo – the ratio of actual guac to tomato’s was loco to me. Mexican Rice was the highlight for me sadly. Will try other options on the menu out of curiosity.

Mexican Grill is a gem!! Nothing I say hasn’t already been written before about Mexican grill. The tacos are amazing! Simple, the way their supposed to be. Just a few ingredients with amazing flavor. If you like all the cream and extras, they got that too. And if you are really in the mood to eat, the burritos are absolute monsters and loaded with goodness!

Just like other reviewers, I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Boy, was I delighted. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, and I have to admit I probably never would have visited had it not been for the good reviews.
It’s a small shop, only a few tables, but quaint and inviting. The young man at the counter who took our order was very friendly, offering suggestions from the menu. There was a salsa bar offering different condiments, including a delightful grilled tomato salsa, with the perfect amount of heat and lots of fresh cilantro flavor.
I went for broke and ordered the mammoth Burrito “Gigante”, or as I dubbed it, “Death by Burrito.” This thing was huge, filled with grilled steak, peppers, onions, rice, and beans. I ordered mine
“Enchilada Style”, covered with a savory and slightly sweet red sauce and tons of ooey-gooey cheese, and it came with crispy corn chips, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream on the side. I could barely eat half this thing, but I’m looking forward to the other half for lunch tomorrow.
My girlfriend had the delectable fish tacos, made with red snapper with cabbage and a sauce that tasted a little bit like tartar when she squeezed a lemon on them. Very tasty and light.
The prices are very reasonable, and there are a lot of dishes to choose from here. Nothing we tried was overly spicy or over-salted like other places. If you love Mexican food, do yourself a favor.
Drive away from the Bell and find this place, and come hungry.

Delicious Mexican food at a great price, from a local fixture!
Everything fresh and fast. Stopped in to pick up a couple burritos and the chicken grill salad. Batch of fresh chips and house salsa, excellent.
Steak burrito was more than enough for one, and packed with flavor.

I never thought there could be a Mexican food location that was worse than simply getting tacobell. The burrito I had purchased was bland and would not hold its shape. Overall I give it a 2/10 just because the size was relatively nice but it was not loaded on the inside nor able to hold its shape. Will never go again!!

Ordered on door dash tonight , not worth it! They advertise 3 steak tacos on door dash tonight, you only receive one . The tacos rancho was $7 and you only get one taco . The agua de Jamaica was so watered down . I’m disappointed because this was my first time trying this place but it’s deceiving the description they have on door dash versus what this place really is . Super bad and not worth the money .

Good place found it on the way from the Long island aquarium. I was looking for a Mexican taqueria and this came up. The place was very clean and the staff was polite. Best part of this place was it has A/C and a big fan keeps the place nice and cool in the hot summer. the food was delicious and was served fast. Great tasting food. And the specialty drinks were good not to sweet just right (the horchata and tamarind)

This place is a hidden GEM. I have lived here all my life in this town. Am I am hispanic, the food is out of this world. Fresh amazing taste and the passion that goes into it is too notch. Bravo to the cooks and employees. Your in a hidden corner you need to shout out your greatness!!! Also next to an amazing Chinese restaurant i have went to for atleast 7 years. Only reason I stumbled upon this hidden treasure. must go. Get the nachos and enchilada platter. Great pricing as well
