This is a popular taco bus on the north end of town. I decided to play it safe and get a quesadilla. It was good, and pretty big. The prices aren’t listed on the menu, so I didn’t expect it to be over $12, but it did come with rice and beans so maybe I got my money’s worth.

This food truck/bus has a unique layout. The menu is large and covers the full outside of the bus, there’s no question of what you are getting with each option. We were a bit confused about how to order until I peeked inside the door. Was it ever surprised! There’s a chrome bar with seating for dinning on both sides bus, with a smaller kitchen area in the back potion. A smaller menue with pricing is on both wall dividing the kitchen and dinning areas. The open concept allows for a clear view of the food being prepared. The whole bus was
well lit, very CLEAN and a welcoming atmosphere. It was easy to order food and both men in the kitchen were quite friendly.
The food was awesome and good sized portions. We chose to eat outside on one of the picnic tables provided. We enjoyed our experience here and wil definitely return in the future.

Im from Washington state and was visiting a friend we were looking for a place to eat when I saw food trucks. We came upon this cool food bus and walked in. They have a huge menu. We ordered street tacos and I have to say they were so good. They came with rice and beans. My friend loved it so much we stopped back to get dinner for her husband who said was very good. We are now life customers.

Excellent! I had 3 shredded beef tacos, each with generous, tender, flavorful portions of beef. My husband and a plates which included a carne asada taco, chili relano, rice and beans (#15). Again, excellent! Great find!

Great Mexican food from a hospitable family. Everything I had was up to the Dallas standard, including the seviche. Tacos were bomb. Classic street tacos with onions and cilantro, beans and rice. Great salsa too, very cool atmosphere to eat on a bus. I’ll be back and add more to the review

I wanted to get my usual burrito from Tamales de mi Rancho off 1st which is much more filling for about the same price with better quality asada but they were unfortunately closed for 2 hours during dinner…

The food is pretty good. They use lettuce instead of cabbage, which is more of a preference on my part than a critique on them. It had a good flavor to it, and they have more variety than a lot of the buses/vans do. They cost a little more, but their portions are bigger. I was on the search for some really authentic tostadas, and I think what they have is a smidge on the tex-mex side. But just a smidge. It was still really satisfying. The salsa wasn’t really spicy, but I didn’t ask for something super spicy and no one is out to kill their customers. They can’t know your personal threshold. Overall it was tasty, and a good value.

I ordered 60 tacos for my class and they All love them, their favorite was al pastor. The people were very friendly, I will definitely go back, the food was amazing and among 16 students there wasn’t a single taco left! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . Thankful for giving my students an authentic cultural experience!
