Our food was undercooked to the point of making me sick. We called the restaurant the first time they just said they will let the cook know to heat it up longer next time and hung up. Then chose to not answer the phone. After calling from a different number, The lady said she will call the owners and get back to me. When she got back to me, she stated that the owners spoke to Management and confirmed that the food was cooked. They didn’t care about even looking at the food or asking for any type of Or trying to Resolve the issue. They could have replaced our order or at least apologized. Horrible!

This restaurant specializes in mexican foods, it’s located in the Kingsbridge section of the bronx by the 4 train on jerome ave. This is my second time ordering from this place, Unfortunately the food is terrible.. I had a quesadilla my second time ordering, the food is flavorless and there was hardly any meat in my quesadilla. I have never scene a quesadilla as thin and as small as the one i ordered. Also, they dont pay much attention to what you’re saying when you order. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here, there are many mexican grill food trucks and restaurants in the same neighborhood.

Tbh as. Mexican women pls do not come here because you will be disappointed. These ppl tried to lie to me about food that order here and than wanted to scam me. I let them keep my honest earned $. Although I would never ever order from here. They tried to claim they sold me “fresh food” when it was very much spoiled. Im highly disappointed because culture to culture it should not be this way but as of lately it seems like a trend to be against your own family. I wish them the best but try it out for yourself

this is around my 10th time ordering food from here n the food is not bad but the service is terrible , 9/10 times the lady takin ur order gets it and wrong and its a waste of time

The food is alright it Needs to improve with flavor . I ordered red pozole and it was a bit bland, they gave a nice tray of tortillas and typical toppings to the pozole. The hominy of the pozole wasn’t cleaned like how it traditionally has to be. It would have tasted more better and authentic to traditional pozole if they cleaned it properly. I had chicken burrito here 2 years ago and it tasted delicious but I regretted it afterwards. The costumer service is alright they interact with costumers and they give sauce and takeout containers if you ask. They forgot to give me napkins though .
I would eat here again to try other stuff in the menu but I would come often if they improved .

First time trying this place and was blown away with how delicious their chorizo burrito was and for only $9 (no additional tax but cash only). The wait time for the food is a little long but it means they make it fresh. I had to cut open the burrito and eat it like a plate just to mix in all the cheese, lettuce, and sauce they give you. Will definitely be saving this place to come back to in the future.

The salsa verde is so good and they are generous with their servings.
I’ve only ordered pick up so I can’t speak on delivery. But usually the food is ready in about 10-15 mins.

This is my FAVORITE spot in my whole neighborhood when I want tacos. Their Salsa Verde sauce is DELISH! Very fast, well prepared, and very kind to their customers. BUT I do give 4.5 /5 because they only accept cash and isn’t on the delivery platforms. They keep it “Old School”as some would say. Other than that… MY FAVORITE!
