wow! we stumbled upon the restaurant and holy cow, found the best margarita (frozen) i’ve had since texas and the food was amazing! definitely added to our places to eat when we’re back in madrid. the fish tacos were fantastic and the tostado mar y tierra was amazing! we need onto come back and try their nachos because sadly we do miss texmex. and that choriqueso is to die for!!!

What really made the experience special was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our server was originally from Acapulco, which added a great authentic touch to the whole visit.

This is a hidden gem in side streets of Cortes. The food is absolutely authentic Mexican, hand made tortillas, freshest ingredients and excellent. Margaritas along with collection of Mescal. Very popular with locals too so must reserve if want a guaranteed seat.

I can’t say enough about this place. The food was just phenomenal. It filled our bellies and our souls. The authentic Mexican food was matched by its awesome and genuinely kind staff. We ate several times here throughout our stay because we wanted to try as much of their menu as we could. If you’re in the area I highly recommend you try them out. The food will either prepare you for your long tourist activities ahead or wrap up your long and exhausted day with some comforting food and beverages. I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing find! Casually found it while looking for a place to drink and will definitely come back. The staff is so nice and the drinks are very well made. Still haven’t tried the food but I’ll be certainly back for it 🙂

Loved all the tacos! Their pork with pineapple were particularly good. All the staffs were kind and they welcome you with tequila.
p.s. shrimp is not the ordinary grilled ones but fried. Enchiladas and ceviche was not my personal fav.

I cannot imagine finding better Mexican food in Madrid! PERFECT for Americans craving a Mexican meal. Owner is a gem! Food was the BEST we had in all of Spain. If you have been to Acapulco, these tacos al pastor are what you have been searching for ever since. Go and enjoy!

Found it on my way to another place. Had seen it on G maps, recognized the name and went in to eat. Food was tasty, small, but tasty. A little bit too ‘fancy’ trying to go for the upscale feeling, and that was the only negative. Usually the homey Mexican places are the authentic, this was it but i wish it was a bit more down to earth.
