First time eating here. I have been missing out. The beef is completely unique compared to other places. It’s dark and spicy – excellent. The chicken is delicious. Rice is very light and fluffy with vegetables chopped in. I will be abandoning my other local spots and coming here now for Mexican food.

I had the quesadillas with the marinated chicken. It was truly delicious. I recommend pairing it with something fresh like a salsa. The other I tried was the fried ice cream. I would rate it 3 because I didn’t like the coating on the ice cream, it was plain corn flakes. Overall had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend.

Mexa maya is a good Mexican restaurant. The service was excellent and welcoming. Our food was prepared quickly and served hot. The flavors were good but not as bold as I would have hoped for and my steak burrito was not as meaty as I expected it to be…but still tasty. The tortilla chips were fresh made and delicious.

Yesterday I ordered a pick up, I got a taco and a drink. I wanted something quick to eat before I made myself dinner. When I got the taco and got home I realized it was in a flour shell I prefer corn, the lettuce was old, the meat portion was very small. I called back to let them know, the women told me that I didn’t ask for flour or corn shell so I replied that she never asked me either. I didn’t make a big deal about this but did go back to correct the order. When I got home I realized that the only thing they did was roll all the toppings from the flour shell into the corn shell. The steak was BLAND, the portions were small, the lettuce was old, the corn shell was cold. Complete waste of time any money.

I ordered delivery here a few days ago for the first time and I absolutely loved the food. Today I decided to came in for lunch to check out the restaurant in person and everything was great. The interior of the place looked really nice and clean. My server was friendly and attentive at times. The amount of food I got for the price was astonishing. The quesadillas I ordered were delectable and the portions were huge as well. I have been trying many different Mexican restaurants recently and Mexa Maya definitely tops them all. Overall, I had a good experience here and I will be coming back.

We were headed south from Wi-Fl, the roads were getting a bit slippery. We were so satisfied with the food, service and did I mention the good food! It also has a bar, but because of driving we couldn’t enjoy there Monday Beer d sad socials. Next time!

Enjoyed the food, service was great. We absolutely loved the pork carnitas and the portion was large, filling and cooked to perfection. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their meat entrees, tamales and chile relleno. The tamale was fantastic. The meat inside was properly spiced/marinated and the ratio of masa to meat was good. The chili relleno was good, but had a lot of breading that was thick. Also had a weird sweetness to it and I prefer more of the light egg was breading rather than a thick batter. The enchilada was ground beef and was pretty good. Rice and beans were both good. Not too dry on the rice and beans were not runny, so that is good. The dessert list was long and difficult to chose from but we were carb loading so we chose the Flan (excellent!), the sopapillas (okay but a little overcooked) and the one that stole the show is the Changa! I had to Google this before ordering to know what it was… it is literally deep fried cheesecake. Absolutely delicious!! Just order them and you won’t be disappointed! Mexican Cheesecake Chimichangas is another way to describe these although they are just listed as Changas on the menu.

I ordered the nachos supreme. The dish was fairly bland compared to another Mexican restaurant not too far away. I would recommend trying something else. The other dishes looked really good. I’d suggest staying away from the Nachos Supreme as your main dish. The seasoned chicken just didn’t hold much flavor. The chicken tasted boiled so the seasoning must not have stayed attached.

Food truck comes every once in a while where I work. Overpriced food and small portions. Looked at the receipt and saw that they had added a 2 dollar tip without my knowledge. They did this to my other co workers as well. When my boss said something he said the 2 dollars would be refunded. I dont mind tipping, but dont just click a 2 dollar tip without my knowledge. Makes me wonder how much money theyre taking from others customers without their knowledge.
