4 stars for the crew because I mostly order take out here and have nothing bad to say about the people. However,

The food is the most bland of this cuisine I’ve ever had. I stopped going here it was so bland, but try it every few months to see if it’s changed.

Can confirm it hasn’t. I ordered the spicy fried rice dish but I’m not sure if they gave me fried rice or white rice with things mixed in. That’s not really a joke either. Not even a little flavor and I mean seriously none. The carrots are the most flavorful part. Absurd for a restaurant to serve food like this, it’s not even bad quality that seems fine, just bland beyond compression. Order here if you don’t care what your food tastes like.

We were visiting from out of town, so I was excited for Thai food, but was disappointed. I ordered a curry dish, and although the flavor was delish, it was not the curry I was used to, and a bit salty. We also asked the server to make our fried rice extra spicy, and there was no spice at all. The receipt shows spicy was requested, so not sure who dropped the ball. Service was friendly when they took our order, and our money, but they never once came by to check on us. Had to get their attention for the check. Plenty of seating. Cute restaurant. Plenty of parking. Kinda regret not checking out the BBQ place we saw across the street.

Pad Thai and wonton cheese wrap for appetizers met up to my husband’s standard. My Bangkok noodles were great and very flavorful while my Wonton soup for takeout was tasteless. I ordered wonton soup for dinner because of the cold weather. However, as soon as I saw an advertised Bangkok noodle soup picture on the table next to us, I decided to save Wonton soup for my next day’s breakfast to try that Bangkok noodle bowl.
I mentioned it to the server, but he didn’t reply a word so I guess it is how their wonton soup is supposed to taste like water instead of flavorful broth.
Atmosphere: small, clean, neat and well decorated restaurant space, but the room was cold. Without the hot soup to warm me up, I won’t be able to stay.

Eaten here multiple times, and everything I’ve had so far was delicious. My favorite is the spicy eggplant (with tofu) and drunken noodles. The service is friendly and welcoming and the seating is comfortable. Always look forward to coming back. 🙂

This was my second visit – my first wasn’t memorable so I thought I’d give it another try. It is a nice space and is clean. Service was fine, I liked that the menu is short and sweet.

I ordered the tofu drunken noodles and was extremely disappointed with how little noodles I actually got. They came on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes (???) that just didn’t go very well. I don’t think I’d return again was pretty disappointed.

The person who says is owner is VERY rude. I usually pay with cash on tip and forgot my wallet ONE time. I came back today and they are making me order my food, get my own things and I asked for a water. I was wondering why is he doing that to me while other people on the table are getting their stuff served. His answer? “Because they tip.”

I was baffled when I heard that come out of his mouth.

1) A tip is NOT required. I forgot my wallet ONE time and now he says I won’t be served like any customer because the ONE time I did not tip? He’s basing one scenario and now treating me less? How rude and disrespectful is that.

2) I was going to tip in cash today, now forget about that.

IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN MY ENTIRE TIME COMING TO EAT. I’ve been going to the Mesa location for years. The Goleta location is TRASH. I’M NEVER COMING BACK.
