The little steakhouse across from the big house was opened in 1999. Dustin Hundley, our owner, worked hard to get the business started. He even lived in the basement during the first few years! The goal was to run a great small-town steakhouse with hand-cut steaks, homemade sides and more. Over time we felt we needed a little more space, so we grew our business. Construction on our addition started in 2015 and ended in 2016. With more room for more tables, we were ready to serve more of our town and beyond. To this day we serve great hand-cut steaks, homemade soups and more. We’re happy to be part of our Leavenworth community, and always do our best to serve you. Come on down, stop by, have a meal and a drink!

Visit #2
This time it wasn’t any better than your average chain can do. I’m thinking the chains probably have better quality meats too. Steak was alright. Shrimp still had shell on. Green beans way to salty. Definitely had to drop the stars and it’ll be my last visit.
Food arrived and looked very appetizin, the steak came cooked well done.
Let the waitress know the steak was overcooked. She immediately offered to have an amother one cooked and apologized .
I declined the new steak and ate the overcooked one, I added a little steak sauce, and it wasn’t bad.
Waitress let me know there was no charge after I was finishing up.
The service was great, so I tipped the cost of the meal.
Leaving the table my daughter’s bowl was for my wife’s bowl was full and my plate was full of food except for the sweet potato fries.
I felt so bad that I chose that place for us to eat. When we got home, I made my family a really tasteful dinner to apologize.
The thing that really pisses me off is I’m out $75 now. I spent $75 on corn on the cob that my daughter and wife ate bread and sweet potato fries that I ate.
It’s not right. I feel as though I’ve been ripped off.
Called in a pick order. The call was pleasant easily ordered. I’m not familiar with the pickup process. I waited at the hostess desk. Several servers walked past, looked at me, and didn’t say a word. I went to the bar. Informed the young lady I had a pickup. She relayed the message. Received my order, and I left a tip. I would say greet customers when they walk in. Takes no time to say welcome someone will be with you shortly. A pickup sign posted would make it easier to know where to go. With that being said, the food was okay.

Small little hidden gem. Came today celebrating my brother birthday. This was my first time visiting. My mother and brother often told me how good the food was. Great customer service, I must say. The person who sat us sung to him and gave a slice of cake. Our server continuously checked on the table doing a great job. Sorry, I forgot her name. Food came out hot and fresh. We all had fried chicken meals. The chicken was super crispy. Love the hummus with pita bread.
