Alright, the new brunch offering has compelled me to post.
I’ve been going to Metropolis Café for almost 20 years, and it’s still one of the most consistent and enjoyable places to eat in Milledgeville. Deepak (the owner) has done an incredible job keeping things fresh — always adding new dishes and creative drinks while maintaining the same great quality and service that’s made this place a favorite of mine for so long.
The food is always delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere just feels welcoming. The new location is fantastic — more space, same great vibe.
If you’re looking for amazing food and a spot that’s stood the test of time, Metropolis Café is the place to go in Milledgeville.

I went in with my three young kids. They had adequate seating including booths and a kids menu with basic items. The food was absolutely amazing. Borderline made me and my wife cry on how delicious it was. Server seemed preoccupied with other tasks but checked on us enough to keep the experience nice but didn’t feel like we were overwhelmed with attention. I really can’t stress this enough. The food was so good it felt like a religious experience.

Top tier everything was delicious and my server Julian was super amazing he took good care of every need we had and he help me with finding the perfect drink and cater to all of my specific food needs upon entering the setup was beautiful the restaurant was nice & clean and the Ambiance was super inviting this spot is a 10/10 and i would definitely recommend.

Also Appreciated quick service and affordable price and good option for vegetarian too! The staff are friendly and hard working! They take online orders and delivery options also available. Taste, fresh ingredients and service best and they are having more discount and variety dishes participated to Deep roots festivals.

Amazing experience! Their burger for burger week this year was phenomenal!!! Also had the Mediterranean sampler (picture) and it was 10/10. Our server Jacob was awesome too! Highly recommend!

This is our favorite restaurant in Milledgeville. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious. For the quality of the food the prices are great. The servers have always been friendly and professional. I love the Chicken Tandori and the Shawarma Platter. My husband loves the Greek burger. The pita and dips are great.

Great food and service. The chicken Momos with the mango chili and Taziki sauce were amazing. The steak Souvlaki and pita wrap were delicious. Margo provided awesome service and helped us make excellent food choices. We will be back.

Great Greek food and atmosphere. We had a variety of dishes including; meat gyros, samosas, tzatziki and pita, falafel and a sensational side Greek salad. All nIcely prepared and spiced. The gyros presentation looks sparse because the meat was not is strips, but the taste was sensational. Staff is friendly and works hard to make you feel at home (they seemed to be slightly understaffed today). Street parking could be a challenge, but parking didn’t stop the place from filling up for Sunday lunch.
