I really enjoyed this place. The food was great, the fried chicken skin was a little over cooked, the breakfast was fantastic, great chicken Caesar salad. Overall this place serves great food. Our server was super sweet and just a pleasure to have as a server. We will definitely request her if she’s working. Just ask for Amy in Plainfield, IN. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Love this location so much. Everyone is so friendly from the host to the server. They are able to modify things for you. The portions are a decent size. I always get the avocado toast and it’s good every time. The food comes out quick and the drink sizes are good too. The food has flavor. This places is consistently very good.

Metro Diner in Plainfield has the sweetest people working. Today is my husband and my 6th anniversary. We didn’t really have plans but decided on breakfast out. When we got to the restaurant, my husband said he called ahead and as soon as he said his name, Ryan came over and said “Oh, I got this”. He walked us to a table that he had set up with a table cloth, flowers, a candle, and even a card. Apparently when I was not paying attention, my husband had called and worked this out with Ryan. It was such a surprise and they were so sweet for helping him with surprising me. Our waitress, Tonya, was super attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Even made sure I didn’t run out of coffee ☕️. We will definitely be returning to Meteo in Plainfield.

The service was fantastic and the food tasted good. The hoagie sandwich did not have very much meat. I took some off of one half and put it on the other half in order to get more filling than just the hoagie bun. I probably will not return. If not for the service from our server I would have rated this a 2 star.

Had a great experience dining here. Emma(?) gave wonderful service and was very attentive. Food was delicious and portions were huge. I had the platter that came with eggs, choice of bread, choice of meat, hash browns or grits, AND pancakes for around $11. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Coffee isn’t the best and priced around $3.50, but I had two cups and was given a large coffee to-go. Very worthwhile and adequately priced overall. Will return and do recommend.

I had avocado toast and the fruity waffle! Both were amazing and our waitress was quick and kind. The bacon was crispy and the blueberries in the waffle were REAL and not frozen. I cannot wait to go back!

Love coming here, but this day the breakfast was off, biscuits were hard, and the hash browns had so much grease in them I couldn’t eat it. The manager was very nice and willing to listen, we didn’t want our food free, ya don’t make any money giving food away. But just wanted them to know to stay on their game. will definitely be back!!
