Visiting from Florida. Didn’t know there was another Metro Diner. I liked. Christie, our waitperson, was friendly and accommodating. I had the chicken salad sandwich-delicious. My friend had the classic burger with bacon. She ate it all. It looked fantastic. The French fries were plentiful and flavorful. I love the atmosphere.

Was told there was a 25 minute wait when i entered but I actually only ended up waiting a couple minutes which was impressive. Our waitress was great. Ordered chicken & waffles. The waffles was decent but the chicken had absolutely no seasoning and/or flavor at all. The presentation had my mouth watering however, I was sadly disappointed.

Food was above average. I got the Spicy Honey Chicken Sandwich. It was great, however I think some lettuce would add to the texture and flavor a bit. The fries were okay. Not sure if it was a one off, but they seemed the slightest bit undercooked.
