They always say the best places are the smallest places. And they’re right! This is a family run business, small but cozy place, a small counter for a few people and some booths and tables. In the summer there are some tables outside. The food is great, the service is always great, we love everybody there, and even if we’re not there for a long time, somehow they always remember our coffee order! It’s great for a quick breakfast or lunch. I would advise getting there a little early if you’re going to grab a table or a stool. Unfortunately gluten-free is not a thing there. But not all restaurants have that and that’s perfectly fine. It’s just a cozy little nook that we definitely keep going back to every once in a while. A total townie place because we all know how good it is!

The hostess/cashier is super nice. Her personality makes you feel good as soon as you walk in. Always polite and remembers the regular customers. The other woman and cook are also amazing. If you like a small breakfast or early lunch place- its a nice spot.

My husband and I sat here for breakfast, what a cozy spot! I had the Messy’s breakfast- eggs, pancakes, toast and either sausage or bacon with homefries. My husband got the same thing, and I added banana to my pancakes. All the food was so good! My husband ordered a side of chorizo. I also got a flavored coffee, banana hazelnut which was delicious. The people who work here are so nice and helpful, service is efficient. We will definitely be back!

The first impression of the walking to Messy’s was small place, neat also confusing when its your first time.
The item i order was told by staff ir has my food allegery is on is present. That was a great thing order a simple breakfast sandwich,coffee and homefries. The bacon on the sandwich was very very salty, homefries very greasy also salty. Crossant was good. Coffee is made for truck drives not regular person.

Love it here! The staff is always so welcoming. I teach nearby and stop in for coffee often with colleagues. The wait staff knows our orders and are so sweet whenever we come. We have ordered lunch a few times and everything we have ever gotten is always good. I love this local family owned restaurant.
