I stopped by this place for a quick bite and was honestly blown away. I ordered the mojo pork sandwich and it was absolutely delicious—juicy, tender, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. You could tell it was made with care and high-quality ingredients.
But what truly stole the show was the cappuccino. Hands down, the best I’ve had in a long time—rich, smooth, and with the perfect foam.

The employees look unmotivated! Very, very slow service! I ordered at 3:51 pm, just a “surullos” order (corn flour rolls), I got served at 4:12 pm, because I requested to cancel the order!!!

I ordered my food at 8:31 pm and got refunded by the manager at 8:55pm. No one had a sense of urgency, the cashiers were fooling around joking as I and other costumers were waiting. At 8:50 I has had enough, my 8 year old son was starving and I could not stare as the employees joked any longer and hid behind the stove as I waited for my food; anyone can check the cameras. I got my refund at 8:55 by the assistant manager on duty. This was lack of professionalism, respect, and costumer service.

Waited 15 min for my food. No sense of urgency the manager was on the phone while making food he was distracted and also put the wrong order in my bag. Which required for me to return and get the correct sandwich for another 15 min wait. The staff and the managers need to pay more attention to detail. I’m a repeat customer and this is the worst visit I have had since this place opened. It was my friends first time here so the experience was ruined.

Even when they’re extremely busy seeing this is the Fl Mall they have the best system they’re extremely organized everything comes out so fresh and hot… I have no complaints ever. Please be wary about this restaurant. One of my team members went here the other day. Since it was a business trip, I got his receipt and applied it as a business expense. When I went to categorize it, they charged an additional 15% on my card above what was said on the receipt. I bring this up, because they are probably doing this to many other people without telling them!
