Wonderful Ethiopian people with flavorful food. My kids loved the food too! Their menu works well for us as a family with vegan and gluten free needs!

Awesome first experience. We bought the big sampler and it was enough for the 3 of us and we took plates home.
Staff was so friendly and welcoming, the place was clean and smelled good.

We loved it!

First time trying Mesob and was very impressed by it. Exterior looks off, but the interior seems very laid back and calming, the frankincense is a very nice touch. Ordered the Ethiopian coffee and the family platter and was enough to feed 5 or more people. We really enjoyed every thing served as well as presentation and helpful explanation by staff. Highly recommend, look forward to more collard greens and doro wat.

As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are in a good mood. The staff is so friendly. And the restaurant is bright and beautiful. We decided to order the combination meat plate and baklava. Everything tasted great. I wish we would have taken pictures, but we jumped right in. Next time! Please give this place a try. They deserve to be popular.

I had an Excellent time here! I told the server, Lilly, that it is my 1st time experiencing this kind of food, she was Very patient and helped me choose an item that was good for me. They even made it more mild since I have a sensitive stomach. She also answered my questions on how to eat the food the proper style. I will Definitely return!

I’ve tried all of the Ethiopian/Eritrean restaurants in San Antonio and this is by far the best I’ve tried. Establishment was clean and the food was delicious! Meat was tender and perfectly flavored for the tibs and awaze tibs. I always get a veggie combo with my meat dishes and it was great as well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new cuisine to try or a great Vegan option as well. We will be coming back for sure.
