Ordered the brisket enchiladas, the Nanas plate (cheese enchilada and a crispy taco), and a side of chile con queso. The brisket was tasty and seasoned well. The plobano creamy sauce was on the sweet side. I liked it very much. I wished it was a little spicy though. The cheese enchilada was ok. I personally didn’t like the cheese they used and the chile con carne lacked thickness and seasoning. The rice and beans were good. The queso was ok. The salsa wasn’t spicy at all but the black bean dip was very good. The restaurant was very clean and confortable. The staff was very nice. The food came out quickly too. Give the place a try.

hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, vibrant, and full of authentic charm. The service was exceptional Sammy and both Jorge’s— attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can truly taste the quality ingredients and the love put into every recipe. The salsa had the perfect kick, the tortillas tasted homemade, and the main dishes were seasoned to perfection.
The margaritas were perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too strong — just right!
If you’re looking for authentic flavors, generous portions, and an overall memorable dining experience, this place is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

Every time I come to this location it’s always a problem. I shouldn’t be served food that is underdone. Both of these items combined were almost 80$ (plus we got quac). The fajita meal is32 for two?? gave me 30$ worth of onions and barely any meat and it was pink. Cool. Also your staff at the front entrance should not be rolling their eyes at people not cool. Our server was nice but the food was terrible!

Be prepared to take nap after eating. 3 of us Had the # 7 & 9 on the Lunch special. Let me tell ya, we LOVED, LOVED the black bean dip!! I’m not exaggerating when I say we never ran out of black bean dip, chips & salsa. Was almost too full to eat the main course

Wowza. The Mexico City is astonishing. The Enchiladas were the BEST I’ve ever had. This place is very tasty. Chips arrived warm. Staff is very friendly and the place is cozy and the patio is breezy.
Ask for Jorge. Tell him Jim sent you .

My son’s refried beans in his kids meal he’s 7 years old had a large Rock. I took a bite of his beans and my tooth split the Rock in half. I am so glad I did that and he did not eat it or swallow it. I am not even sure how that happens but it was not a smooth Rock and is extremely dangerous. Super concerned about how rocks are getting in the food back in the kitchen.

While I can’t pinpoint the exact prices, they seemed to be average for a meal like this. It’s worth noting that the restaurant is currently undergoing remodeling, which suggests they are growing and improving. The Mexican music playing in the background added a nice touch to the dining experience. Overall, it was enjoyable!

My family loves Mesa! We have been going as a family for some time now and we get excellent service. My 96-year-old grandmother was not able to come with us while she was recovering from an infection and Jorge made sure to put her to go order together just the way she likes it. We are so appreciative! The staff treats us like family and the food is always great. Be kind to your servers and they will be kind to you in return at Mesa.
