Mesa Provisions for the first time this weekend. Its a new eatery in the Nob Hill neighborhood. The service was good. The food was good as well. The green beans were the highlight for me. The steak was ok and pricey. Will try a different option next time as most options looked savory.

Finally tried good place out and it was definitely worth the wait! The food is so delicious! The atmosphere is nice and simple. I literally want to try every dish on this menu. If you are a fan of Farm and Table, you’re going to be a bigger of Mesa Provisions. Chef Steve Riley knows what he’s doing and I’m glad he is doing it in his own restaurant.

The food was nicely prepared and presented well. However, for the prices these dishes are, I was disappointed in the Hanger Steak. IMO only, for that price the meat was not soft and melt in your mouth. The steak itself did not seem like a good cut of meat. The veggies were very good, but just a taste for the price. The fries and burger my wife had were better than my dish. Her burger was very juicy (not oily) and had a good flavor. Our bill with desert was over $100 and I left still hungry. This is not a five star restaurant to be charging these prices for the amount/quality of what we experienced. We like supporting small business, but prices need to come down here or else service and quality need to skyrocket.

Great dinner spot in the Nob Hill area along Central. We really enjoyed the burger along with all the other good options. We’ll definitely be back.

Went for the first time last night. I was very pleased with the whole experience and everyone in my party liked their dishes. Will definitely be going back. My salad was bright, fresh and unique; I think the arugula came right out of the garden. The lamb meatballs were seasoned and cooked to perfection.
