Burgers and fries did not disappoint. Phenomenal. It did, however, take nearly an hour to get them. Our server spent the whole time we were there seated at a table of 8 or so people. Felt like we were interrupting her family dinner. She forgot anything we asked for. It was apparent she had also been serving herself…and was tipsy at a minimum. All in with tip for 3 burgers, mozzarella sticks, 1 large fry and 2 bar drinks it was $90. This felt like a place for locals who know what the program is and was a bit confusing and uncomfortable for tourists passing through. Will not return- even though the food was fabulous.

Recommended by a friend. Wife & I ordered their burgers. Laken took our order. She is one of the owners, along with her twin sister. She was great. We told her we had never been there before, and she set us up with some of their trademark items; some kind of fried potato string, and some onion rings.
The burgers were awesome, the chips were different, but good. I don’t care for onion rings, but the wife liked them.
We will definitely visit again, next time in the area!
*parking can be difficult during busy times. There are only a handful of spots out front. We had to circle a few times before someone left

Four flavors: dry rub, lemon, honey bbq, and hot wing sauce.
Update:
They are going to be open until 2am serving some nice cold beer on tap.

Really good burgers!
We got a chili cheese fry with ranch on the side and a merv burger.
Another time we got fried mushrooms, a merv burger wrap and added bacon to it, and a patty melt no onion ( which is a grilled cheese sandwich burger basically. Very good food!

Really good burgers!

We used to enjoy coming here for dinner. It was a great little greasy spoon. We’d bring guests from out of town and when family came in it was a great spot to bring them and all our kids. However, it has since turned into a bar and is no longer a restaurant. Filled with pool tables, liquor specials leading to loud voices and rowdiness it has completely changed. No longer somewhere to grab a bite and definitely not a place to bring kids.

Ask yourself “when was the last time you were greeted and served by the owners orange establishment”? At Merves we went for lunch and they were amazing south there customer service. The food (Merves Burgers) were so fresh and very tasty. We split a fry and they were perfect. I highly recommend this as a place to do and enjoy the cold atmosphere and service. We will be back.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love my Merv’s Burgers, patty melt, and burger salad. This being said, we don’t always eat in. We order to go. Problem with to-go orders is that they’re VERY inconsistent. Like previous reviewers have said, they’ve asked for ingredients to be left off, only to get home and find out that those ingredients are on the sandwich. To-Go orders of the tater tots are usually very overdone and to go orders of the fries are just no longer a thing I do due to them either being not completely done, overdone, or just plain flimsy. Those can only be eaten when I’m at the restaurant. So fast forward to an order I placed this past weekend. A patty melt, a burger, a side of tater tots, and a side of onion rings. I paid $7+ for the tots and $8 for 5, yes 5, onion rings. Almost $16 for this??? (See pic below) I would have paid $8 for what I got, but almost $16 for this minimal amount. That’s a no. I will continue to be a patron of this restaurant but only if I dine in. Still love the burgers though!!

I did an grubhub order with these guys first time. Wife went to pick it up they had no clue. Then they finally found my order. Got home was impressed with the size of the burger. Unwrapped it and a massive chunk of onion and in my order I said no onion no pickles and no sause they did not read it so my burger is nasty but the drive back is not worth the cost. First time ordering and the last time.

We went here for a family gathering and our relatives who live here recommended this place. The burgers were good and the food was plentiful. It was a good relaxed atmosphere where we all could talk and catch up with each other. Good place for us out of towners to spend July 4 afternoon!

The burger itself was cooked nicely. Everything else about the place was bad. French fries way under cooked and the bun was stale. Brought us someone else’s food. Bar atmosphere that looked dirty and I did not enjoy.
