I think Im addicted The meat cut is a good thickness. The meat quality and flavor is great. The bread has a nice texture, flavor and color. Not to mention, the price is so affordable. I have eaten, The Chief, both times Ive gotten it. My Fiance saved me half of his the first time and the next day I had him get me and a fellow employee our own. Ive worked for a sub shop for 20years and I think this small business sub shop gives the coorperate sub shop, a run for their money Very, very impressed

These are the MOST delicious subs on planet Earth! ***Cash only.*** All subs $12 each. and they are enough for two people. I ordered the Chief John. Delicious! My 87 year old dad said, “yummy, yummy!” Oh the crispy crusty bread! Ooooh. The meats are exceptional deli meats not the paper thin junk other sub places use. The building looks like an old firehouse…super cool.

Excellent quality bread and ingredients equal terrific handmade subs. Very good value. A local gem. I believe they’re only open for lunch. Dine in or takeout. Despite being very busy when I was there, the orders came out very quickly.

Merton Sub Co is probably the best sub sandwich I’ve ever had. I’ll start with the bread is amazing every time. Freshly baked, crunchy on the outside and perfect on the inside. Thick cut meat, perfect amount of toppings. I use to get the Chief but now I’m stuck on the Italian. Comes with a nice bag of chips too. The owner is very personable, takes the time to get to know you when he’s not too busy, very good at remembering names and what your story is. I love a small town business like this, mom and pop kind of place. It’s in the old Merton Fire house too! I’m thinking about having my nephews birthday party here.
