We loved our food here. We were from out of town attending a softball tornament and called around trying to find a place that could hold a party of 40! The servers were so nice and did separate checks for the 11 families making it so easy for us all to pay at the end. My family had the chicken quesadillas with fries, pickle fried chicken sandwich with old bay fries and the chicken club sandwich with fries. All were so fresh and delicious. I also tried the onion rings and fried pickles which were fantastic! If we are in the area I’ll definitely return as there were many items on the menu that were unique.

Stopped for dinner with kids, wire got buffalo shrimp, kids got fried mozzarella and a bbq burger, and i gotnonion soup. All the food was meh. The burger was terrible, especially for $20. Seemed like it was a cheap frozen beef patty, similar to what you find in at a cafeteria buffet. $20 is outrageous for how cheap this burger looked and tasted. Another popular pub in the area has a grass fed kobe burger for only $18, and a normal angus burger for $14. And my boys love those. This Was dry and unflavorful. My soup didnt taste bad, except the bread in the bottom was so stale, it was still hard after being submerged inside the soup, and not “toasted hard” but stale hard. Should been a piece of toasted garlic bread not old bread.. fried mozz was ok, but seemed like it was commercially prefrozen, not homemade as labeled.
Wife wasnt impressed by her fried shrimp, they still had tails on.
The menu sounded good, but flatbread pizzas didnt look great, and looked like store bought crust.
I would have gotten fish and chips, which looked good coming out to another customer, but it was $27, although it looked like a large portion. I kinda wish they sold a half portion for less.
Was not impressed by the food at all, it seemed mediocre and over prices for the quality. Not sure if its the same company that owns manninos down the street, but we were diaappointed with their food too, so not sure if thats part of the problem.

Merryman’s Pub is a unique restaurant, serving up delicious food in a former bank. There is plenty of seating and a huge menu to look through. Nick, my waiter, provided great service, too. Speaking of the food, I highly recommend their specialty burgers. I had the New Jersey Burger, which was delicious. Highly recommended this place for a delicious meal!

We went for dinner before a show at the pitman theater. We both ordered the soup of the day and then an entree. Our entree was served by a food runner not our waitress, when I said to him we ordered soup and that should have come out first he just shrugged his shoulders and put the food down and walked away. Our waitress was nowhere to be found so we started eating and just decided we would skip the soup. When she finally came to check on us we told her and she kind of just was like oh I’ll take it off of your bill. Wow. Not at all what I expected of this place considering how crowded it was and the fact that you need a reservation to get in. Food was average nothing spectacular. I had the shrimp basket which comes with 6 small shrimp and what was supposed to be a mango/pineapple salsa. It was like water. $3 extra for and I’m not joking 4 small onion rings. My husband got the chicken parm sandwich and again $3 extra for sweet potato fries. No alcohol just soda and ice tea. $60. Not worth it. Won’t be back.

Great service very patient when we were slow to order. I ordered the shrimp basket and salad and just wish there was more shrimp to enjoy. Drinks were delicious I would definitely recommend stopping by. Street Parking was free, to my surprise

My parents came here on January 3rd to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Not only was my mom very complimentary of the food and experience, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure their experience was special. There was a blonde manager who made sure to stop by the table and recognize their celebration. I can’t wait to bring my fiance for a dinner out, because this is definitely an establishment I will support and I know my parents will be back as well. Thank you for making their day special !!

Food poor quality! Fish chips claims to be fresh haddock but it was a thin tough fish that clearly had been frozen and for $27 was terrible. They also charge $18 for a cheese steak sandwich that is not ribeye but clearly steak immaculate
Perhaps the most humorous thing on their menu is the fact that they offer gluten-free french fries for a three dollar additional charge gluten is a grain protein found in wheat, rye and barley never in potatoes. On another note. They also charge a 3 1/2% fee to use your credit or debit card. I was very disappointed with the food. I had such high hopes for this very nice looking pub and restaurant was looking for a go to place in the area and found a poor quality restaurant with poor quality food instead!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Please save your money. I have never been treated so rudely by management (Peggy) before in my life. The tables are so close together you can’t move. We were stared down the entire time for having a stroller. They said rude things under their breath and dropped the check before we even ordered our food. I’m reaching out to the owners it was so terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First timer, stopped in for lunch. Staff was very friendly and has a nice high-ceiling sports bar vibe with big TV wall. To start the fried pickles and sauce were super tasty, can tell they were higher end pickles. However, the breading doesn’t hold well and the whole pickle slice comes out with a single bite. Small tip would be to reduce the surface moisture more so the batter sticks better. The All American burger was huge, had nice grill marks and filling, perfect medium, but for sure needs to be seasoned, super bland. Hit that with more salt/pep right before grill. My girl had the Pickle Fried Chicken w/ Vermont Cheddar. She couldn’t stop raving how delicious it was, I had a few bites and it def was the show stopper. When labeled Pickle Fried Chicken though, we figured it was marinated in a pickle juice to add flavor, but just two bigger spears below the chicken. The breading is also Italian Seasoning like a cutlet, not crispy fried chicken like one would think. Will go back to try other dishes as well, overall 4/5
