Open early for a Caribbean Jamaican breakfast! They also sell coffee and herbal tea! My favorite is the ackee and salt, fish and fried dumpling and on Fridays, they have peanut porridge! Super friendly staff!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called there one Friday evening to order some fried chicken. I was told it wasn’t ready, she went to ask in the kitchen if more chicken would be available. She told me 45 minutes. I said “sounds good, I want $25 worth of fried chicken” she said “okay, you want the sauce on the chicken or on the side?” Told her on the side. One hour later I go to pick up my chicken, after waiting 7 minutes to be attended to in an empty restaurant. I was told no order was taken for me. The lady said I did not order anything, she told me chicken wasn’t ready and I said okay and hung up. I got a lot of attitude from them. Why lie to say I didn’t order anything? Wasted my time. I was a regular there but after that, not going back.

Staff is SO RUDE. Wait is Ridiculously long because screaming Jamaicans are constantly skipping the line. The food is good but not worth the stress. You can’t even order ahead, you will still sit and wait 24 minutes while the staff gives you dirty looks because you’re trying to get their attention. The owner is very nice and sweet but she really needs to upgrade her staff. Unbelievable!!!

Food is delicious and fresh, and the staff is so friendly which is a big deal for a Jamaican restaurant! Breakfast sells out quickly so you’d have to get there before 10 most of the time. The portions are amazing and come in a few sizes, including a mini size which is actually VERY filling for one person and it’s only 5.50. They have whole wheat boiled dumplings which they make just right, and their fish is out of this world. It’s not only a takeout place, they have tables inside to sit down, with actual place settings. It’s not very fancy but you get served on a real plate and with silverware so it’s a good place to have lunch too. I really love this place they’re always busy so hopefully they’ll stay a long time!

Whenever I ate the chicken, it didn’t taste like it was cleaned properly. I eventually stopped going. But their sweet potato pudding was delicious!!! They also accepted credit card which was a plus in my book.
