Absolutely love this place, bartender was little flustered she was older, had a private party, we sat at bar as usual, some of my favorite food is gone bao buns, the pretzels amazing , my usual bloody mary was fancy with shrimp extras, this one was bland, had to ask for olives and lacked flavor my favorite older gentleman wasn’t there at bar hope hes not gone, seemed the manager showed up took control he was nice, food selection not alot..bar side was packed eventually! Empty when we first arrived,we are locals and love the laid back decor. We will definitely be back tho onion rings are outstanding!!

Meridian was certainly good for a theater restaurant. I personally never go to a theater for food, but it is definitely a major step up from most places like it. I got a chicken wrap and mac & cheese and both were good. The weight staff was so friendly and welcoming And the atmosphere didn’t necessarily feel like you were in a movie theater! I think it would be a good place to take a family.

The food was mediocre, at least, the chicken broccoli bowl I ordered. However, the atmosphere was pleasant and our server, Kia, was excellent. She was attentive without being overbearing as well as kind and professional!

You might think that an hour was enough time to have dinner before your movie on a slow Tuesday evening with maybe 3-4 other tables occupied but you would be incorrect. The presentation was nice as shown in the pictures but the food didn’t match it. The ribs were tasty but not many of them, the BBQ sauce was fine. The potatoes though, were just potatoes. When I asked they brought some butter. The asparagus was overcooked and stringy. The mashed potatoes were good. The fish of the day was rockfish which isn’t supposed to taste fishy and was overcooked. I would have much preferred higher quality food that had poor presentation.

I visited Prime Meridian Restaurant for the first time on August 31, 2025. My husband and I were told that we could sit at the bar or a side table because we didn’t have reservations and large groups were expected. We sat at least an hour before anyone bothered to acknowledge our presence. In all this time, no large groups appeared. Someone finally took our order. We waited at least another hour. I have never felt more unwelcome and ignored. My husband asked for the drink bill. It was given with no apologies whatsoever. Obviously I never intend to attend this Restaurant. Everyone needs to be treated with respect. I don’t feel we received that but I wish you the very best although you did not render the same to my husband and I. Just know that one can make or break another one’s day and you did the latter.

I was visiting from out of town and we drove by to check out this facility that was recommended to us. We decided to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and Daisianahy was our server. Everything was quick and sinple. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible experience at Meridian Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the setup of the complex is huge–plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
Our server Myah was absolutely AMAZING–attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. While waiting for our friends to arrive, we enjoyed a few cocktails from the bar, and Virginia, the bartender, was fantastic. The drinks were well-crafted and responsibly priced, just like the food.
Big shout-out to managers Zach and Chris who went out of their way to make my family feel like regulars. It’s rare to find a place that balances quality service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere so perfectly.
We’re already looking forward to our next weekend away–and Meridian will definitely be part of the plans!
