Edit 2: After seeing the post from owner below, the confusion came from the employee who told me the chicken strips come with fries. With that in mind, still a bit expensive for what I got. Seven onion rings and four chicken strips. Quality of food is alright.

Disappointed, to say the least. Ordered a basket, which comes with fries. Asked if they could substitute onion rings. Told me no problem.
Instead of charging me the difference between fries and onion rings, they just didn’t give me the fries that were part of the basket I paid for and charged me full price for the onion rings.
Brought this to their attention before they even gave me my food and the guy at the window did nothing about it.”I guess I’ll know next time” is what he told me.
Edit: as a follow-up, I’ve attached a picture of what $14.50 worth of chicken strips and onion rings looks like. There should be fries in this price, but I was never given nor offered them.

I gave 3 stars because of service. The waitress is new but it was not her fault that food took soooo long. An experience cook would not have had trouble with getting it done faster. After 2 hours and no food, I would say we were patient to that point. The inside is clean and tidy. We were told there would be a salad bar. Good luck with the business. Food is in fact delicious. I have eaten it as well as heard and seen others. Thank you for that.
