First time visiting Meridian for their Valentine’s Tasting menu! A few of our favorites were the Beet Pie Tee, the Steak, and the lemon dessert! Excellent drinks and service. Jeff was our server and made wonderful recommendations – informed us of their typical offerings as well! We are excited to try them again.

The Highlights:
-The Experience: We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The General Manager, Steve, went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He even helped us capture some great photos and personally recommended a beautiful glass of red wine that paired perfectly with our Wagyu.
-The Food: The flavors and presentation are world-class. We explored a variety of dishes, including an appetizer, a side, and two different Wagyu entrees that were incredibly tender. We finished the night with two desserts that were as beautiful as they were delicious.
-The Hospitality: What really set Meridian apart for me was how they handled a minor hiccup. One of our dishes arrived a bit cooler than expected. However, the staff and the Chef handled it with such grace and professionalism that it actually enhanced our confidence in the restaurant. They truly care about the guest experience.
Value: While you can easily spend over $100+ per person here, you absolutely get what you pay for. Between the stunning location, the thoughtful food presentation, and the attentive staff, it is a 5/5 experience.
I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier meal in a beautiful setting!

My husband and I stopped by since we were in the area and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we entered we were greeted and seated. Our server, Robert, was graciously warm and attentive. The entire time we were there he took the time to walk us through the menu and was genuinely kind. The view we had of the kitchen was phenomenal. We loved seeing the movement of the kitchen and the food itself was amazing! We had the steak tartare (amazing) and the ribeye with a side of mushrooms and it was honestly so delicious! We will definitely be revisiting the meridian!!

One of our new favorite restaurants in DFW! Everything was amazing! We were greeted with a complimentary champagne toast at the door and seated immediately (we did have reservations). Jeff, our server, did a great job recommending dishes that complimented each other throughout the experience and was very attentive and easy to talk to. The clams and oysters were some of my favorite I’ve ever tasted. The house bread was to die for!! Don’t skip this because it’s baked freshly every day and it’s absolutely heavenly! My husband still won’t stop raving about the smoked beets in the salad (best beets he’s ever had). The citrus in the ravioli filling was a tad too strong for me but the meat and dough of the ravioli made up for it. The chef’s cut steak was cooked to perfection and practically melted in my mouth (husband and I both think this is now our favorite steak in DFW, even surpassing the 5 star steakhouses like Nick and Sam’s, Bob’s, and Pappas Bros). The espresso martinis were perfect for our dessert because we just couldn’t eat anymore by that point – they were not too sweet and not bitter at all; not sure what their secret is but they are the best I’ve had. When we come back we plan to save room for the S’mores dessert (smelled and looked amazing at the table next to us) and try the burger. I would try everything on their menu – it was hard for me to pick with so many great options!
The ambiance was very romantic and the service was phenomenal!

Found this restaurant last minute to celebrate my brothers birthday and it did not disappoint! Food came out fast and everything was delicious and flavorful. We got almost all of the pastas, and did the cornbread, oysters, crudo, and lamb belly for our appetizers. Also had the Vietnamese coffee dessert and sesame smores to end the night! Our waitress Julie was absolutely amazing, friendly, and attentive, she checked on us often and gave us great recommendations! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Robert our server was fantastic. Ordered the branzino and duck breast, we were both impressed and left happy. The attention to detail everyone in the restaurant paid us was amazing. Every detail felt intentional. From the florals to the lighting, it was clear that the team understands how to set a mood. The backdrop for photos was equally gorgeous and made the night feel even more special.
Now, the food.
The radicchio salad was vibrant and well balanced. The combination of shaved cheese, blue cheese crumbles, citrus segments, and candied nuts created layers of flavor that were both bold and refreshing. It was a beautiful starter that felt refined but still comforting.
The sesame bread was warm, soft, and perfectly golden with just the right amount of butter. Simple, but executed beautifully. It paired so well with the rest of the meal.
The steak entrée was cooked perfectly. Tender, flavorful, and finished with a rich sauce and creamy topping that elevated every bite. The accompanying purée and vegetables added texture and balance without overpowering the star of the plate.
And dessert was a standout moment. The meringue creation with gold detailing and chocolate elements was visually stunning and indulgent without being too heavy. It felt artistic and luxurious, especially with the candlelit ambiance surrounding the table.
The cocktails were equally impressive. Beautifully crafted, well balanced, and served in elegant glassware that matched the tone of the evening.
Beyond the food and aesthetics, what truly made the night special was how seamlessly the restaurant accommodated our women’s gathering. Having a private space allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without distraction. The service was attentive, warm, and professional throughout the evening.

Meridian just reopened and they’re already moving like they never missed a beat. Service was smooth the whole night, no awkward gaps or waiting around. The one hitters were legit fire small bites but big flavor. Food came out clean, main dishes actually tasted as good as they looked, and dessert closed it out right. The type of restaurant I’m going to try everything on the menu.

What a strong reopening! Went on opening night & it greatly exceeded our expectations. Our waiter was absolutely amazing & we were the first people to ever sit on the patio. Each dish blew us out of the water & we don’t say that lightly. In addition, the vibes were incredible and everyone there was so welcoming and lovely. Will definitely be back (potentially weekly??) and tell everyone we know about The Meridian.
