Pizza is an absolute must try, but its hard to pass up our sandwiches, and small plates made fresh to order. Tap lines dedicated to craft beer, emphasizing regional and Minnesota Breweries, as well as all of your favorite domestics in 16 oz cans as well. Full bar for your favorite cocktails. Wine list with the best Napa/Sonoma has to offer! No freezer…only fresh, high quality ingredients. A place to bring the whole family for dinner, and lunch on the weekends. Bar open after kitchen closes.

Meric’s is a hidden gem. We discovered it as a halfway point between our hometown and our kids’ college town and cannot stop recommending this special place ! Best pizza anywhere, the salads are incredible, and service even better. Summer’s are a treat when you can enjoy the outdoor patio. Highly recommend!

We’re delighted to have such a dining option in the south metro. It’s really an exceptional experience offered in Hampton, MN next to Farmington, where we reside. The owners, a husband-wife duo, Michelle and Eric; have pushed past early setbacks like the fire when renovating the building. We‘re proud of them and appreciate their dedication to serve the Hampton community and beyond.
It’s an ideal outing for the whole family for dinner, and lunch on the weekends.
It ranks tops as a great local place for the community to gather and connect over food and or a beverage. The pizza made on location in their wood-fire pizza over is consistently incredibly tasty. However, my favorite is the Dry-Rub Chicken Wings, which are done to perfection. If you get the small basket, you’ll likely be wishing for the large basket with more wings.
The Moscow Mule and Bourbon Old Fashion are exceptionally good among their Signature Beverages.
Parking is no problem. There is both an ample parking lot in back and curbside parking that is sufficient on almost any occasion. The open park-like grassy expanse to the right makes for a kick-back restful outdoor eating pleasure.
Meric’s has responsibly taken all necessary precautions for people to order take out and stay safe during COVID-19. Outdoor tables were 6 feet apart or more and all employees were wearing masks, and taking appropriate precautions. We look forward to when pandemic restrictions are lifted and hope that makes it easier to offer salads and roasted veggies once again.
It’s a local restaurant that we’ve already gone back to multiple times and highly recommend it.

Delicious smokey meats on the pizza give exceptional flavor! We’ve been meaning to get to this place for about a year and finally made it. We were not disappointed! We had the So Meaty pizza and the Basil Chicken Flatbread.

Not sure how to start this great review… first of all, make….the …drive! Totally worth it! This adorable pizza joint one by Michelle and Eric…a.k.a “MERIC” puts out a delicious wood fire pizza. I had the Porkie Pie, the basil and the honey…WILL NOT DISAPPOINT.
Outside is a great place for patio and games. Bring the kiddos. I will be back for the pretzel!
