I had the Sorts Lomo Saltado – A New York Strip cooked to perfection, with Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, and spices, all coated in a rich, savory sauce with just the right touch of spice ️ (nothing crazy, you’ll be fine).
The side of fluffy rice and black beans tied everything together beautifully (if you’re a rice/beans lover, those are a must).
Bonus points for the amazing service. Leo was attentive, friendly, and on point! Thank you!!!
Definitely a must in DC.

Got into town late and wanted to grab dinner and a drink and head up to my room. David at the bar was super friendly and attentive during my short wait for my food. He recommended me a great chilled red wine to go with my food.

Bougie happy hour spot with a very cool vibe in the lounge area. It’s a swanky place to go hang with friends either at the bar or even better, one of the couch, lounge spots. That said, be prepared for $16+ moderately poured glasses of wine and $18+ cocktails. There’s no happy hour for the budget conscious visitor. The snacks and appetizers are tasty but they fry their empanadas instead of baking them–sacrilege for me. Overall, food and drink are decent, pricey and what you need for a happy hour. I can’t speak for the main courses as I’ve only even met here for happy hours. Service is also standard. Very nice hostess, and wait staff is fairly attentive. Guests should be aware that the restaurant adds an automatic 22% service charge to your bill which was the first I’ve seen that percentage amount added in DC. Also, nice clean bathrooms and very cool decor. While I don’t like the lack of a happy hour special, I do like the decor and vibe of this bar/ lounge.

Outstanding service at mercy me. Hansy welcomed us immediately with a smile and was attentive throughout our entire experience. This was my first time, it’s my birthday and it was unforgettable. We started with the steak tartare + grilled sourdough, then went in on their “sorta” lomo saltado + a whole branzino with capers + grilled lime. The fish was so delicious! We then came back for tres leches + chocolate cake + coffee after visiting the Christmas market nearby.

Second night of our stay, the level of service is superb. Thanks to Anton and Jose for the level of attention. Custom mocktail impressed my mom and I. The yucca never disappoints, the food is delicious and something to experience. Honestly wowed at the dishes and service.
