I showed up just after 6pm and got the most amazing service. Alyssa was awesome. I so wanted an eggnog latte but she could not have prevented the flooding to prevent delivery of nog for me. She helped my navigate and find a worthy alternative. The best part was the shared snarky humor. You rock.

They are always patient and helpful! I like treating myself to a keto decaf frappe (I can’t do caffeine). But it is super good! My kids have always like their drinks they’ve ordered too. In the colder weather, I get decaf latte w/cream.

Today’s visit was not as good as the other weekend visits. The person who took my order put in the wrong order. I had to repeat the order to the person making my drink. Secondly, it was not strong but rather weak Americano today, definitely not 3 espresso shots. (Way Too much water, not enough white chocolate powder) the turkey bacon sandwich was not very tasty or warmed all the way through. The person who made my drink was chatty (in a good way) and that was cool great personality. (Gave me a good tip on an item) The price I paid overall today was too high for the quality of food and beverage received. I know things happen and each day will be different. I still love mercury’s coffee company. Today was just an off day. I still recommend this location. I like it when they take their time and make everything correct and tasty. I Hope next visit will be better .

I really like the food here, but I can’t believe how crazy the prices have become. I got a 12 oz drink and sandwich and it was almost $19 everyone is always friendly, but the line can move really slow sometimes. I feel like considering the price I’d rather just go somewhere that’s more of a restaurant than a coffee stand.
